Classic bait and switch. Found a car online with a good price. Wasted time talking to the salesman. Agreed to work with them...he indicated he would send the invoice for my review. When he texted it to me, they added 9.6%(!) or $2,495 (it was a used car) to the price and then told me it was for detailing and reconditioning. They should make a profit...no objection to that. BUT, I expect people to be honest...not snakey. I wasted time contacting shipping companies ...but they wasted my time. I just don't deal with dishonest, snake oil salesmen like Gillman Nissan. Only my experience, but I wouldn't trust them. More

Gilman Finance Department told me it was required I purchase gap and extended warranty to get loan, I found out from finance company this was lie, went back and they had me sign new contract without th purchase gap and extended warranty to get loan, I found out from finance company this was lie, went back and they had me sign new contract without these added. Then they took 15 days to payoff my trade when they had got a ten day payoff the day I traded. So I received another bill on my trade in vehicle. When I called Gillman Finance about this, I was told that was not there problem and I would have to pay the fees for them sending the payoff late. Would not recommend dealing with them again. More

I recently took my Titan XD Diesel in for an oil change. About 600 miles later I noticed the Oil Filter was leaking while pulling a camper. The service department was on top of things when I explained what happened. They immediately sent a tech out to my residence to take a look. To be safe they transported my truck to the shop for further inspection. Turns out the gasket was bad and leaking while under pressure. The issue was fixed along with a new oil change, new oil filter and cleaned inside and out. Mistakes happens and they took care of it! Thanks again guys! More

It was time for our family to purchase another vehicle and we had a certain price range which meant we were getting a pre-owned car. I spent days on car buying apps finding “great deals”. But when it checked into the seller information I was less than assured that I would be dealing with someone trustworthy. I decided to go to Gilman Nissan because of a friend’s recommendation. I felt that purchasing a used car at a new car dealership was a wiser decision for us. As I walked into the door I was greeted by sales person Suman Kumar. Within a few minutes, after evaluating what I was looking for, he showed me the car I ended up purchasing that day. For the record, on the car buying app it was listed as a “good deal”. Buying a used car is risky business but it is all our family can afford. We found a car we love and spending time with Kumar and Roger Jimenez, the Finance Manager, gave me peace of mind that we have a good car with very little risk! Thank you Kumar and Roger! More

After a thousand mile of driving the oil change light came up, while it supposed to go for 5000 miles. I purchased gap insurance with this car the next day when I celled my insurance company to add the car, my insurance company sold me the gap insurance at a much lower price, I called the dealer to cancel the gap insurance in January, it is May and it is still not done, I went to the dealership twice, called tens of times, left messages, I always get the reply that they are doing it and will be done today. I am very frustated, More
