This team went above and beyond to me into the Jeep Rubicon I have always wanted. I have spend an entire day at a dealership before, but this team was very quick and efficient. Worked with DeadPool on a great deal for my 2021 Gladoator in limited Gecko Green. I was going to order one and wait 2-3 months but instead he was able to get me into one on the lot which was not my Gladoator in limited Gecko Green. I was going to order one and wait 2-3 months but instead he was able to get me into one on the lot which was not my plan! His Jeep knowledge is above anyone else around and he lives the brand. I couldn’t be happier with the deal we made and the experience at the dealership. I went to Carmax for my trade in and they beat it and really worked hard to get me in an upgraded version of the “dry bones” version I was going to order. Terrible. Tried to verify availability of a car from out of state, not only did they never commit to having the vehicle advertised, they ignored multiple requests for a quote for delivery, and then informed of state, not only did they never commit to having the vehicle advertised, they ignored multiple requests for a quote for delivery, and then informed me they would not sell the car unless I paid cash or financed through them when I already had financing. Classic sleezy used car dealership. AVOID Carlos Pinto-Bonilla at all costs. And if he is an example of the dealership ethics? Avoid the dealership entirely. More

Let me first start by saying that I have always been a lover of Jeeps. I love their durability, versatility, and comfort. I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that just made a year old this past October. Last week it began to overheat which was very alarming as this is a new car. I took it straight to the dealer. I called for two days looking for an update on my car and for 2 days no one called me back. I finally got in touch with someone who told me they would be ordering the part that day and my car should be ready soon. 5 days later and my car still is not ready nor was I given an update on the status on my car. I was not even offered a loaner car. So I called again looking for an update and was told my car would be ready the next day in the morning. Well the next morning came and went and I still did not have my car. I had to reach out again asking for an update only to be told my car would for sure be ready in the afternoon. It is day 7 and I still do not have my car. The customer service throughout this entire process was terrible. The fact that my car is having problems so early on is also disappointing More

Not good, I have to belive them being a verified dealership; they knew about the no finance rule of vehicles older than 10 years old. They however, allowed me to take a hard credit hit; thus negativ dealership; they knew about the no finance rule of vehicles older than 10 years old.
