Worked with DeadPool on a great deal for my 2021 Gladoator in limited Gecko Green. I was going to order one and wait 2-3 months but instead he was able to get me into one on the lot which was not my Gladoator in limited Gecko Green. Let me first start by saying that I have always been a lover of Jeeps. I love their durability, versatility, and comfort. I called for two days looking for an update on my car and for 2 days no one called me back. I finally got in touch with someone who told me they would be ordering the part that day and my car should be ready soon. 5 days later and my car still is not ready nor was I given an update on the status on my car. I was not even offered a loaner car. So I called again looking for an update and was told my car would be ready the next day in the morning. Well the next morning came and went and I still did not have my car. I had to reach out again asking for an update only to be told my car would for sure be ready in the afternoon. It is day 7 and I still do not have my car. The customer service throughout this entire process was terrible. The fact that my car is having problems so early on is also disappointing More
