Terrible. Tried to verify availability of a car from out of state, not only did they never commit to having the vehicle advertised, they ignored multiple requests for a quote for delivery, and then informed of state, not only did they never commit to having the vehicle advertised, they ignored multiple requests for a quote for delivery, and then informed me they would not sell the car unless I paid cash or financed through them when I already had financing. Let me first start by saying that I have always been a lover of Jeeps. I love their durability, versatility, and comfort. I have a 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee that just made a year old this past October. Last week it began to overheat which was very alarming as this is a new car. I took it straight to the dealer. I called for two days looking for an update on my car and for 2 days no one called me back. I finally got in touch with someone who told me they would be ordering the part that day and my car should be ready soon. 5 days later and my car still is not ready nor was I given an update on the status on my car. I was not even offered a loaner car. So I called again looking for an update and was told my car would be ready the next day in the morning. Well the next morning came and went and I still did not have my car. I had to reach out again asking for an update only to be told my car would for sure be ready in the afternoon. It is day 7 and I still do not have my car. The customer service throughout this entire process was terrible. The fact that my car is having problems so early on is also disappointing More

Not good, I have to belive them being a verified dealership; they knew about the no finance rule of vehicles older than 10 years old. Purchased during the stay at home orders. The salesman brought the hybrid Pacifica so we could test drive. I mentioned that I wished they had brought it charged. When we decided to purchase, the salesma brought the hybrid Pacifica so we could test drive. I mentioned that I wished they had brought it charged. When we decided to purchase, the salesman brought it back to us. As we're signing the papers to purchase, the salesman mentioned that the hybrid system needed to be "maintained." To me, "maintained" means that it would work, but it needed a check up. Nope. The system needed to be repaired, so they came and got it, and left us with a rental. It was either ignorance/incompetence that lead the salesman to sell it, even though it didn't work, or shady dealings. The lack of any calls from management at the dealership suggest the latter. I had to call regularly to get updates on my vehicle. I feel like the communication should have been the other way around. After about a month, it was finally ready. Hooray! And then...the touchscreen glitched and went out all together. Also, A recall on the very system they just fixed. We chose to go with another dealership to have all that fixed. They said they would mail the license plate to us. The dealer tags expired on June 19th. It's now July 28, and we still haven't received them. No call from the dealership. My wife has called to ask about them, and left messages with no calls back. In the meantime, my wife and I are driving around with no tags. Probably never going back to this Gillman. I'll stick with the Spring location. More
