It was the day after Labor Day weekend and I had a problem with my GMC Yukon. Chuck White listened to me. He asked the Service Mgr to fit me in. When I arrived he said, “are you Gary?” I’ll be right w problem with my GMC Yukon. Chuck White listened to me. He asked the Service Mgr to fit me in. When I arrived he said, “are you Gary?” I’ll be right with you. The service department resolved the issue. It meant the world to me for Chuck to go outside the regular responses on a super busy day in the shop to look out for me. Thx to your whole team. More

Got to my appt early, clerk at desk kind of surly, waited till my appt and left when done. Kind if disappointed nothing else is done. At least at other places you get a vacuum, at the very least. This was my first time getting work done here. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and find our where to go. When I arrived, I did as I was advised and pulled into the first available bay, just i ahead of time to make an appointment and find our where to go. When I arrived, I did as I was advised and pulled into the first available bay, just inside the garage. I waited 3-4 minutes but no one came out to greet me, even though technicians were walking around, and there were no signs to direct me where to go. I wandered over to a door where some men were sitting behind high desks with computers, talking on phones. I walked in and though a couple of them looked at me, no one greeted me or gave me any indication that I was in the right or wrong place. I stood there for over 5 minutes until one man got off the phone and simply said, "Yes?", with a questioning tone. I stepped forwarding and told him about my appointment and without looking at me, he pulled up my info asked a couple of questions, asked for my key and walked away. He didn't go to my car. I have no idea where he went or what he did. When he came back I had to ask how long the service would take, if there was a waiting room, where it was, and how to get there. Definitely not what I was expecting as a first time customer. The service was quick, and the ladies at the "pay station" were friendly, made eye contact, and were helpful. Paying was easy, but I was left to figure everything else out on my own. More

I moved to the Seattle area from Georgia in July 2021. Before my move I had a receiver installed on my 2019 Volt by a non-Chevrolet retailer; U-something or other. The installer did not re-connect one of Before my move I had a receiver installed on my 2019 Volt by a non-Chevrolet retailer; U-something or other. The installer did not re-connect one of the sensors in my rear bumper and did not re-load the data. I called Gilchrist shortly after getting in to Seattle and made an appointment for software re-load. They got me in within two weeks. They had trouble with the Techs computer communicating with the computer in my car. I was told I would need two new sensors. Ordered same. When I got back on the road, my sensors were working properly. Called Gilchrist service the next day and left a message for Chuck. Within an hour I received a call from Lori taking my information to refund my $600+ dollars for the sensors. No re-visit needed. Car was fixed and unneeded parts refunded. Gilchrist is my new service dealer in Seattle. Happy customer new to Seattle. Great welcome! Thanks Chuck and Lori and the Gilchrist team! More
