I purchased my cars in Daytona Beach Jon Hall Chevrolet, their sales team and customer care team are really good, and working with Jon Hall is a great experience. I absolutely love Abe and if I lived in the area would have purchased my Chevy from him, he is awesome. The courtesy driver was so sweet, Kristy was very warm and hospitable, and Devon and Bob made me smile. I did not on the other hand enjoy my interaction with Dave. I expressed to Dave I wanted to see if my issue was corrected, but he insisted he knew the Issue was fixed, when in all actuality it had not for another 2 days because I traveled from Florida and I needed my car. Devon offered to go on a test drive with me to see if the issue was resolved, and he talked to Bob and they replaced my USB port it was skipping at first now it is perfect, and I can use my car play driving back to Daytona Beach. Thanks to your staff. More

Only here because of the free oil changes Took my 2019 rig in to get the free oil change that was due. The appointment was at 1pm brought it in at 1230 and they drove my car in right away, th Took my 2019 rig in to get the free oil change that was due. The appointment was at 1pm brought it in at 1230 and they drove my car in right away, the service guys were great. It was around 215 that I hadn't received a call so I went in around 230 and noticed that my car was parked outside which was great because my 75 year old mom was driving me around. When I went inside the service guys were busy but directed me to the receptionist ladies.There was only one of them at that time busy with a customer so I waited patiently. About five minutes later the other receptionist lady walked in and I asked her if I could get the keys to my car since its parked outside. She talked to me in a condescending manner as if (I was her costumer) and said that" just because its parked out there doesn't mean its done" and "I just got back from lunch" again in a very condescending tone and manner. I told her I didn't want to know what she was doing I just want to get my keys and paper work and get out of here. The other lady got done with the person she was helping and got the paperwork and keys and handed it over the one with the attitude and then she practically threw the keys and paperwork at me. No have a good day no manners..... I believe both these ladies need more costumer service training or if they are having a bad day just go home. If it was my business I would just fire them, plenty of people need jobs! More
