I had found a beautiful Ford 3500 pick up truck at a dealer in Milton Florida. However, when I called them back to purchase the vehicle, they had sold it to a dealer in northern northern Alabama. I called is the dealer they had sold the vehicle to and persuaded them to hold the vehicle for my purchase. However, they had sent the vehicle for auction four days from then I was able to successfully convince them that I wanted the vehicle and would pay cash at their price, and they retrieve the vehicle for me, Mr. Randy Baugh at the Gilbert in Baugh. Ford were very kind and very accommodating and managed to get the vehicle back from the auction, and I have ultimately purchased that vehicle as well as one other vehicle that was in stock for my son and both of the vehicles were driven down to central Florida and delivered to me. Total sale was $185,000 in cash and paid to Gilbert in Baugh Ford. I cannot stress enough that Gilbert and Burford were professional and helpful and interested and helped me get two vehicles of my dream , for both myself and my son, there is nothing I can say to praise them more highly for helping me through a very difficult situation that was in most cases probably impossible to remedy. However, they did everything necessary were incredibly helpful and I have my two vehicles here in great shape , Gilbert and Baugh Ford is the premier dealer that I have ever done business with they went light years beyond even reasonable to make my situation happen. Great job, Randy and your staff. You really made my day, and the fact that your dealership is known for being the best dealership in the United States for its reputation and business like manner of operating is certainly a well-deserved accolade.
