Our purchase experience was great. The Finance segment was also tremendous including the our direct experience with Mr. Jeffrey Siefke who know his trade hands down and provides outstanding recommendations when it comes to protecting a big investment like the purchase of our Motorhome. The floor sales Manager even took the time to meet us and the service department even though has been short of staff and very overwhelm with the number of service request still go out of their way to address several of my inquiries. Mr. Jorden Burton from the service department has also been tremendous, including taking the time of explaining some of the issues I have found with the MH. Bottom line, if you have good credit rating, a open mind to listen to your sales rep advice and recommendations then this RV dealer is the place to go for your RV or MH purchase. More

Worst experience ever when doing an investment like this. After that, I had to bring the unit back a month later because just before I left on the day of pick up I was told that they had to order a new under belly because the technician messed up the one that came with the unit. They told me 1 to 2 days after I dropped it off. It has been 9 days now and I can't even talk to the original tech that received my unit so another tech answered my calls not knowing what is going on with my unit and telling me that Jorden will call me back. I called again today, no luck, asked for the Service Manager, no luck, contacted the CEO which I have two surveys to fill out, no luck. Horrible Dealer...PLEASE STAY AWAY! Is been the worst experience ever. More

Everything was dirty and not inspected !!! On delivery a lot of equipment is broken ... slides out, dishwashers, refrigerator, hydraulic oil leak ect.
