Now this is not the only time they have gotten rude from friends and family. I have cash to go in and buy one but from their attitude I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! We followed their advice and were very pleased to find exactly what we both were looking for from quality to style and size as all mattered to us. Our sales man Javitz was just a pleasure to work with and Ron was very knowledgeable and gave many helpful camping hints for a successful camping future. Warranty replacement of steps on 2017 Phaeton 40AH Arrived at GRW a little before my appointment time and met Kim at her desk. Before we got out to the coach Ben was already there checking the steps. Arrived at GRW a little before my appointment time and met Kim at her desk. Before we got out to the coach Ben was already there checking the steps. The motor was not working and he got a new one installed it, put it through several checks and I was on my way. This all was done in less than 30 minutes. This is my second Tiffin from GRW and the service department is second only to Red Bay itself. With service like this they may even become first over Red Bay. More
