Excellent sales and service We have purchased two RVs from Giant Recreation World. Both times the experience and after the sale service has been excellent and continues to be excellent. This is a family owned business where the owners and their employees are all like family. The dealerships (3 locations), at great expense to the McNamara family sponsor a VIP camping club. Every month there are campouts in different locations around Florida and the neighboring states. After selection and price, the camping club was the most important reason we bought not one, but two RVs from Giant. We knew we would use our RV more often because of the campouts. We have met some wonderful people and stayed at campgrounds we wouldn't have visited on our own. We highly recommend this dealership! More

Service Department very good! After waiting a month and a half for a scheduled appointment, Chuck in the service department and Steve as a service technician excelled! During the time they had the RV, Chuck worked hard to let me know how they were doing and what they were finding. He returned all my calls as I recalled a few additional items I needed them to examine and called them in to him. He also offered me his condolences when he was unable to get the folks whom I had bought a $4,000 "end-to-end" warranty on my Thor Hurricane coach I had purchased new from a different dealership in 2013 to pay for any of the required repairs...not surprised. Steve, the technician who effected the repairs, was very knowledgeable. Based on his extensive knowledge of RV systems, he quickly determined what needed repair based on the symptoms I reported and didn't charge me for some of the simpler repairs that were required. All his repairs were spot on. He also shared with me how he was able to effect some of the simpler repairs he made so I could do them myself should the re-occur. Overall an excellent experience (once I was finally able to get in to get the repairs I needed)! Recommend Giant Recreation World give Chuck and Steve a big raise and hire more like them so one doesn't have to wait a month and a half to get repairs made to their RV. More

Frujstrating - But all problems finally resolved. Never had so much difficulty getting service on any type of vehicle I've owned let alone a 2018 new travel trailer with a "lifetime warranty"\. He did get the necessary attention in the service department that was required but it should never had to have gotten to that point. Long delays, no communications and plenty of excuses. I sure hope things improve because I really love our new travel trailer. More
