Couldn't be better. I can't imagine a better experience purchasing our new Travel Trailer. The sales staff were beyond helpful and if we came up with a question they did I can't imagine a better experience purchasing our new Travel Trailer. The sales staff were beyond helpful and if we came up with a question they didn't know the answer to, they found the answer for us. One thing we really liked was they were not 'pushy'. We were reminded by Dave and Dewayne that this would be a purchase that we would literally be living with so make sure to ask all the questions we could. As far as service is concerned, what service we needed so far was awesome. Like I said before, I can't imagine a better place to do business with. I said they weren't pushy; that didn't mean they didn't follow up. We have had several mailings and a couple phone calls to ask if we were happy or if we needed anything. These were in no way pushy. It is as though they really cared that we had a good experience. I have only two regrets with my dealings with Giant Recreation World, 1) I won't be seeing them as much as while shopping for our travel trailer 2) there are only 5 stars to rate my satisfaction, they needed more. Just looking We came to Giant Recreation World to look and compare Travel Trailers from other dealers. He showed us different units and explained the reason for different features and options and the real education came when he described the construction and materials used in the units. Once Jim answered our questions and continued to point out the quality of the name brand "Coachmen by Forest River" we decided to purchase a unit. Jim went so far as to bring a unit from another of their dealers GRW, with the features we wanted. This was impressive and another reason for us to purchase here. Although the Trailer we wanted was already sold Jim Templeton found one at another locations and shipped it to Melbourne at no charge. The price worked out great and it was delivered on time for us to go camping. Will definitely come back here for our next up grade. Great work from the whole crew. Kudos More
