Our first RV!! Let the retirment begin!! We had the privilege to buy a like new used RV. It was in beautiful shape but it had carpet and we have pets. They removed the old carpet and replaced with very nice vinyl and did a awesome job installing. The salesman, Duwayne,, the paperwork consultant, Skip and the gentleman who spent two and a half hours "teaching" us how things work, Jim were very nice and very helpful and they all answered our questions and offered to answer any future questions. They made the entire process easy and painfree!! We are very excited to begin our next adventure in our Motor Home!! Thank you all!! More

A Two Year Search It took us two years to make a decision and we heard a lot of "don't go to those big dealerships, they will soak you with lots of extra charges and et It took us two years to make a decision and we heard a lot of "don't go to those big dealerships, they will soak you with lots of extra charges and etc etc etc". Not so....totally pleased with our price we got on a used 2015 Coachman. Glad you said it was used....looks brand new to us and still has that brand new smell. Salesman: David and Dewayne did a great job with the many many many shows. Did I say we spent a lot of time looking at coaches? Both guys were very patient with us and treated us like it was our first visit each and every time. Then great chats with "Patrick" the guy that says yes and no to the deals...very nice and worked really hard to find the right unit for us and had the website buy Ron work with us and the unit we purchased. Then "Jimmy" so awesome went over the coach with us after we made the purchase making sure what little correction/repairs needed be made were made and added our "cool stuff" we wanted. Had to be cool it cost us another $800 of extra stuff to make the unit ours....no regrets either with the upgrades. Jimmy will tell you if you really need it or not to. Then finally Skip the guy that had us sign the papers. Made sure everything was good and gave us some insurance insight to make sure our insurance was right for the unit. NOW...can't wait for the first GRW camp pout. We did blow a fuse on the power jack when we got home and had to call service to help find the fuse location and the ball hitch was stuck to the truck and they helped us through this. Think all this was me and not GRW. This is our second travel trailer and third camper we have owned. Think this one is the best ever and the customer service is second to none. I taught customer service for 10 years for a very big "E" commerce company and these guys scored a 99!! Sorry guys you were awesome but one point for improvement but not sure where? You guys are the best and look forward to many many many happy years with you especially since when you move you will be two miles from my house!! Waiting now to talk to Audrey about the camp outs which really sound awesome....if your on the fence-post...find another dealer that does these camp outs and gears them for kids....games and food are included...i heard drinks too.... 2007 Fleetwood Westlake Tent Trailer I visited this dealership in September 2016 and purchased a popup tent trailer. The staff were very friendly and the camper was in good shape. Ther I visited this dealership in September 2016 and purchased a popup tent trailer. The staff were very friendly and the camper was in good shape. There were 3 issues that were to be addressed before I took delivery, tire replacement, awning repair, and A/C installation. One hour before the scheduled delivery time which was to occur a few day later I called to confirm pickup. At that time I was told the awning repair had not been performed but could be accomplished after delivery. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery the A/C had been installed but instead of using the wiring circuit installed at the factory for an A/C an additional new hole was drilled in the side of the camper top and a bulkhead power connector installed. This configuration requires 2 power cables to be connected at the campsite in order to provide all power to the camper. This is inconvenient and total unnecessary if the installation had been done correctly. The tires were replaced but with the wrong load range. The correct load range was identified before the tires were ordered but the mistake still happened. A new problem was identified with the toilet operation which, according to the checkoff delivery list, had been inspected and verified as operational. Delivery was rescheduled to occur 3 days later in order to reorder the tires, repair the awning and order a part for the toilet. To my surprise the salesman asked that I complete the paperwork and make final payment before taking delivery of the camper. This did not happen. When I arrived for the second delivery a few days later I discovered the awning could not be repaired and a new awning had been installed which was fantastic. I was very grateful for that. The tires had been reordered and installed but again the same wrong load range. I had called the day before delivery again and asked that the tire load range be verified and I was assured the same mistake would not be made twice, but that is exactly what happened. I took delivery with the understanding I would take the camper to a local tire shop and have the correct tires installed and the dealership would pick up the bill. That did take place within the next few days with no issue. The toilet part came in within 10 days however, it was the wrong part. I have since ordered the part myself at my cost. Within a week we had the first big rain storm and the roof where the A/C was installed leaked badly. The A/C unit was installed over the old center trim strip instead of a flat surface causing the leak. I notified the dealership of this situation and they offer no form of resolution. I intend on correcting the A/C installation issue myself. The dealership did go over the camper and check all systems for proper operation. That is a big plus. The LP tank was filled and the battery was replaced. The improper A/C installation (wiring and leaks) and the inability to obtain the correct tires is hard to understand. Ordering the wrong toilet part for the Thetford toilet and they are a Thetford dealer is just another sore point. If it were not for these glaring issues this purchase would have been very pleasant. If there were just one major issue that could possible be overlooked. But unfortunately that was not the case for my experience. More
