Longest closing ever I had a 9 AM spot to close my motorhome (used). We finally left at 6:30 after the dealer was closed. I was scheduled to close this motorhome a week pr I had a 9 AM spot to close my motorhome (used). We finally left at 6:30 after the dealer was closed. I was scheduled to close this motorhome a week prior to closing. The motorhome was not remotely ready for pickup when we showed up. There were so many issues I won't take time to name them all. Let's just wrap up by saying I wound up having to dump the black tank before I departed. NOY SATISFACTORY AT ALL! More
1 PM appt - 5 hrs later on our own locked in!!! We arrived at 12;50 pm for a 1PM appointment to finalize picking up our new RV. Lee Summers sat us down and did an overview of the dealership and We arrived at 12;50 pm for a 1PM appointment to finalize picking up our new RV. Lee Summers sat us down and did an overview of the dealership and took the hitch and sway bars/controller that I provided to the service dept to be installed. Lee did an outstanding job walking us through the equipment/functions on our new trailer. He also walked us through the sales store and made recommendations that we needed to purchase. ""Grumpy" did an excellent job installing the hitch and bars - however, the TV bracket that I provided got installed backwards. The bracket that gets mounted to the TV got mounted to the wall!! It was almost 5 pm before we got into the financial office. Lee had been pulled to do a second walk-thru for a customer picking up their RV. I was surprised that our original salesman was not available but found out yesterday that he had never been told when we were coming in for pick-up. After completing and signing all the paperwork we were given a temporary tag with no holder or hardware to mount on the trailer. My truck and trailer had not been brought out to the front area so we located in the back area - thank goodness my keys were still in the ignition. We had no way to attach the temporary tag to the trailer so I just kept it with me in my truck cab. When we finally tried to leave the lot we found the gate down with no way to open it. After waiting several minutes a remaining employee ran over an opened the gate for us. Another issue was that our salesman Scott McNamara took us out to the trailer and placed a sold sign on it with our name and that unit had a cover over the gas tanks. The trailer we picked up Monday afternoon did not have a cover over the tanks and when I questioned it I was told that they don't come that way and I would have to buy one. I relayed this to Scott yesterday and he said that he would look into it for me. Needless to say we were at our ends wit when we finally got home!!!! More

I have to specifically mention Lee and Marshall, two extraordinary gentlemen, who went out if their way to ensure that this process was seamless and buyer friendly. My hats off to these guys and the dealership for having the good sense to utilize them. More

A Bit Confusing There were some communication problems and some really great helpful people ( such as Bill Shipley, Lee Summers, Joe, Dave, Patrick, the guy who picke There were some communication problems and some really great helpful people ( such as Bill Shipley, Lee Summers, Joe, Dave, Patrick, the guy who picked up our trade-in trailer, and the guy who worked on our new trailer the day we picked it up, as well as Kim, Taryn, and Jessica). The dealership should really have a system that all employees could access to see who has done what throughout the sale process. Some things were not done on time and some things were overlooked. We had a much better experience with the last two trailers we purchased. We have loved participating in the Gold Member Club and will continue to do so. Maybe the problems are because of the recent move to the new location and will improve as time goes on. The new facilities are lovely and confidently located right off of I-95. More

Bill, Skip, Dewayne, Patrick, Marshall, and Jessica did an excel We were extremely impressed with Giant Recreation World from the moment we walked in. Bill, Skip, Dewayne, Patrick, Marshall, and Jessica did an excellent job in fielding our calls, questions, etc. as we walked through this process. I wanted to give special mention of Bill Shipley. Not only was Bill tremendously supportive throughout this process, but he has continued to answer calls and texts long after we drove off the lot. As a matter of fact, I called him just last week, the night before we were taking the RV on the first trip and he walked me through some last minute preparations. This says a lot about him as well as the customer service of this company in general. They create customers for life by carrying this kind of mentality. All in all, we have wanted an RV for more that 4 years, but it took a while to find the right time and place to buy. When we finally did, I'm glad that we chose the Giant!
