I purchas Recreation World - Palm Bay Negative Stars! My experience at Giant Recreation World - Palm Bay has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased a Tiffin coach from them, and the sales representative, Wendy Crowe, told me the previous buyer backed out because he lost his job. However, I later found out that the real reason was that the coach failed an inspection, revealing multiple serious issues. Giant Recreation World knowingly withheld this critical information from me. My brand new coach has been at their facility for over four months due to these known issues. Despite all this time, they were unable to complete the necessary repairs properly, and now I have to transport my coach to Tiffin in Alabama to get the work done right. To make matters worse, the customer service has been abysmal. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When we tried to reach out about our issues, nobody at Giant would respond except for Ben in Service, who was the only person who offered any assistance. Their lack of transparency, honesty, and basic customer care is shocking. If you’re considering doing business here, I strongly urge you to reconsider. They prioritize making a sale over being truthful or providing competent service. More

From the kind lady at the door to Chris in sales, Zach in finance, and Moose the user instructor this place really took care of us as first time buyers. Zach did work on our numbers and helped us get where we needed to be. Moose did our class on how to use everything in the RV and took his time and answered all of our questions and it was fun! The sales staff, Wendy and Chris, that we worked with were over the hill helpful. Even to come in on a day off to meet us.And we were a nuisance shopper, asking lots of questions and several visits to re were over the hill helpful. But they were very patient with us at all times. We have had 7 coaches over the years, so we knew how buying a new rv goes. Lots of learning new procedures and new gadgets to use each time. But Wendy and Chris were very patient with us which we appreciated greatly. Front door greeter is a little rude when you walk into showroom. Might suggest someone mention to her that the job of greeter requires a smile and less rudeness. Showroom is pleasant. Full of different types of rvs available to explore inside. Lots of table and chairs to rest when you need. BUt...to my saddness..the popcorn machine was broken but still sits in lobby with old popcorn. Suggest you fix or remove from showroom until useable, but lots of water and sodas are offered. Suggest the rv supply store area be increased and add other items that a rv/camper would like to spend money to buy while visiting. This is our 2nd new rv purchase we have made here over the last 4 years. And as long as Wendy and Chris are there, we will come back. Thank you. The Owens More

My fiancee and myself were recently searching for a new rv and thought we found the one, at the right price and dealership. We couldn't have been more wrong. We are located a few hrs away from the palm b rv and thought we found the one, at the right price and dealership. We couldn't have been more wrong. We are located a few hrs away from the palm bay location and dealership. So I worked out all details prior to driving over with our sales person, Sean. I asked him repeatedly to ensure the rv was in good/as close to new condition as possible. He guaranteed me that it was, even sent pictures. Albeit blurry and unfocused, I took his word for it. Further upon working out our deal over the phone, with our funds coming from out of state, we were constantly harassed and lied to about agreements made via Sean(sales person) by the finance manager Elizabeth. Elizabeth made the process a nightmare as soon as she received our down payment. Refusing agreed upon terms, and times for delivery. She also attempted to create problems for our investor after he informed her that we were responsible for the decisions. We of course wanted to back out at this point, but she threatened to keep our down payment and started to seek out other parties separately to threaten this behind each of our backs. We finally made the drive over begrudgingly. And to our surprise, after numerous guarantees, the rv was a mess, and not new, un-kept to say the least. Missing parts, wrong model appliances, missing tv, peeling, cracking and utterly worn conditions throughout. Our salesperson was now attempting to rush the deal and started getting hostile with my fiancé and myself. We were nothing but polite and professional to him. When I told him we needed to see other models based on the condition of the one viewed, he said he wouldn't be showing us anything else. He told us to wait when we got back, after driving the cart wrecklessly, but my fiancé was scared, upset and crying at this point. So we left and called another location in Ormond. They for the most part took care of things and sold us a decent and newer model. Afterall we purchased brand new, 2023. They also informed us that the inspection that was standard to have done before delivery wasn't even done(per the paperwork they were given (by palm Bay). Utterly despicable behavior and negligence as a whole that employees like that are not held accountable in operating a business in such a manner. Lastly, the Ormond beach location had its issues as well. Albeit no where near as bad as dealing with the lies and bullying from Elizabeth and Sean(palm bay location). Ormond location had a cheaper TV switched out of our unit, not the TV that comes standard. They also told us that all the kinks in our awning were normal, and after less than two weeks the kinks are getting worse, prohibitive for the awning operations in closing properly. We asked them to fix this repeatedly and they ensured us this was normal. And now the awning continues to deteriorate in operations. We also had to inspect the roof and noticed sizeable cracks and gaps in the roof coating, inhibiting moisture. They said they would fix this but didn't adress the issue by properly remedying. They didn't dry it out and seal. They simply over applied melting caulck of some sort, as it dripped over the edge and into our drain trays preventing proper drainage. More dishonest and negligent business tactics that seem synonymous with this company. Please dont make the same mistake we did by choosing Giant Recreation World for your rv purchase. Worst experience of our lives. More

We started out with some ideas of what we were looking for to meet our needs and when we arrived we were teamed up with Will Campbell as our sales person at the Palm Bay location. Will listened to what we were looking for, he made sure first to let us know what it was going to take to tow something in the size and weight of what we were looking for. My husband was impressed with that. Instead of letting us look at all the RV's and get excited about one only to find we didn't have a truck capable of towing would have been a big let down. We really appreciated the process he followed. Will guided us perfectly from start to finish, he is very knowledgeable and has great tips that he offered up and just made the whole experience smooth and educational. I can honestly say that when we left we both felt great about our experience there. Can't wait to go back and pick up our next adventure. More
