The purchase went smooth from start (pickup from airport) to finish (driving the motorhome away). The walkthrough representative (cannot remember his name) was great and worked to correct any small deficiencies that I found. Elizabeth was great with the paperwork. We had an outstanding appointment with Will Campbell when purchasing our East to West Alta 2350KRK. Originally went to Giant Recreation World intent on looking to purchase two different models. Will showed t purchasing our East to West Alta 2350KRK. Originally went to Giant Recreation World intent on looking to purchase two different models. Will showed them to us, then after learning about us, our likes and requirements he recommended looking at the Alta. It was exactly what we wanted. Thanks to Will’s assistance and guidance I’m sure we’ll be “Happy Campers”. Additionally Jon Scott’s RV walkthrough when we took delivery was very helpful and informative. Bill Weisniewski from finance was also very informative and helpful during the process. Avery from the service department quickly and efficiently took care of the hitch installation and few minor issues prior to us taking delivery We would highly recommend Giant Recreation World and the individuals mentioned above if you’re considering purchasing an RV. They have had our brand new 2022 camper since October 25 fixing warranty issues, just found out they still do not have the warranty parts to fix it. So going on 3 months, we have to call for every update. O fixing warranty issues, just found out they still do not have the warranty parts to fix it. Of course she sold us every upgrade, warranty, coverage they sell so we wouldn’t be in this Situation and here we sit with no camper for who knows how much longer. More

I truly had the worst experience with this dealer. I was pre-approved for a loan from them. We live in Virginia and dealing with the palm Bay dealership. Told javits that I do not want to drive to Flo I was pre-approved for a loan from them. We live in Virginia and dealing with the palm Bay dealership. Told javits that I do not want to drive to Florida unless it was 100% guarantee he insured me that it was. We made the drive to Florida pick the RV up they actually delivered to the campground for us then on our way home they called us and told us that we've been selected to be audited by the bank that they had approved me. They told me all the things I needed to tell the bank when I called them. None of which was true they inflated my income by over 400%. And that was just the beginning. I refuse to lie to the bank and commit fraud. They ended up coming and taking the RV from the campground. Not a great experience at all. So desperate to make a sale that their finance department was willing to commit a felony and lie on an application the day filled out for me. I do have the credit app that I filled out true what I told him when I was approved. Buyers beware More
