Above and beyond The shifter connection had come apart under the dash (Ford Issue). I called Tommy and Phil and they sent Kevin from service up to rescue us. After several attempts, he finally got the transmission into Drive....he stayed right behind us all the way back to the dealership. Each attempt required him to a crawl under the RV and manually change the shifter. We got back to the dealership and he repaired the disconnected shift linkage by taking the dash apart......Just fantastic customer service!!! We would have never received this personalized customer service if we had bought an RV from the "Parking Lot" sales promotions. Go to a reputable dealer....Giant Recreation is the BEST!!! More

In the rain Johnny, my wife and I dodged the rain for an hour off and on. He made the adventure pleasant and after several showings he made my wife very happy with the last one. A freedom 32 footer w/3/slide outs ,lots of storage, very roomy ,nice bath and bedroom, plus a couch(fold out, two swivel recliners, dinette table, island kitchen, large flat screen tv) fireplace/heater and so much more."SOLD". Rhichard in service was so detailed and went above and beyond to have everything in top notch condition, as was Doug in sales. Richard, Johnny and Doug made sure our new RV was ready to go and they did an outstanding job.David in finance was a smooth operation and helped us along with Johnny (sales) get the most bang for our buc. We were given a 200 dollar coupon for the store and we met Julie in the store who helped us with some last minute goodies and an additional 10% savings. From the moment we entered till we left everyone met us with courtesy and all were very helpful and not pushy for a sale but to help us make the right decision and we are thankful and very happy. Just a great experience! We met Matt on a Sunday afternoon "drive by," i.e we really hadn't planned to stop in. That was 4 or 5 months ago, and we were totally candid with hi We met Matt on a Sunday afternoon "drive by," i.e we really hadn't planned to stop in. That was 4 or 5 months ago, and we were totally candid with him that we were just exploring this idea and starting our due diligence. He said that was fine and then took us through 4 Class A's, which is what we thought we wanted. We spent the next few months visiting other dealers but always came back to Matt as our ideas evolved...through 5th wheels back to Class A and ultimately to a new or used Class C, which is what we bought! Can't say enough positive stuff about the whole Giant Rec World team. Matt has the patience of a saint and the product knowledge that far outshined any of his competitors. Doug did an exceptional walk-through/explanation of the coach on delivery; Dan in parts was amazingly accommodating; and Dave in finance made that part of the process as painless as possible!
