Best service ever! We had been commissioned to drive back a Class C RV from Vero Beach to Michigan. It was soon apparent that the previous manager had not maintained We had been commissioned to drive back a Class C RV from Vero Beach to Michigan. It was soon apparent that the previous manager had not maintained the RV especially the sewage system. The very first night my wife and I were awakened to the smell of death; killer methane. We left our camp site early and sought refuge at a local McDonald’s while we formulated our plan to rectify the situation. The closest RV center was Giant RV in Ormknd Beach. Although they weren’t yet open for business and the sales manager was in his day off, Phil Grovenor was our hero of the day! He immediately assessed the situation and sprung into action. A true Super Hero! Phil along with Julie in parts set us up with the right products to solve our stinky issue and get us on our way for our 1,500 mike journey. Thank you Giant RV! More

A great buying experience. After many long hours searching the web and leaving my name with various other RV companies throughout the state (who never returned any calls or for After many long hours searching the web and leaving my name with various other RV companies throughout the state (who never returned any calls or for that matter seemed to care) my task got a whole lot easier when I met Tommy Craig, a salesman at Giant Recreational World in Daytona. Although Tommy's job is selling RVs, he seemed genuinely more concerned with helping me than making a sale. At no time did I feel pressured. Within days, Tommy found what I was looking for, the perfect trailer for long distance travels. On the day of pick-up, Doug Rogers not only answered all my questions, he ensured my previously owned trailer was clean and in tip-top condition. Moreover, faded and rusty areas such as the steps and tongue had been repainted to look like new, propane topped off, etc. I couldn't be more pleased. In summary, dealing with guys like Tommy and Doug make buying a travel trailer almost as much fun as I'm gonna have using it. I made some new friends at Giant. More

Great service Kyle was our salesperson and he was excellent. He was great about calling me back after I took delivery. I am new to RVing so needless to say, there Kyle was our salesperson and he was excellent. He was great about calling me back after I took delivery. I am new to RVing so needless to say, there were a lot of calls. Doug showed us how everything worked and answered multiple questions after we left. We had ab issue with our registration and were getting no where till we spoke to Phil G. the sales manager. It was fixed within the day. We had a couple of small issues and dealt with Wendy in Service and she was very helpful. All in all I would definately recommend Giant Rec in Ormand Beach. More

My first Class A motor home I was initially searching for a used class C motor home. After viewing the available used RVs, Eric showed me a beautifully maintained 2007 Fleetwood I was initially searching for a used class C motor home. After viewing the available used RVs, Eric showed me a beautifully maintained 2007 Fleetwood Bounder 34 G , within my budget. I was also given a very reasonable trade offer on both my F 150 and Travel Trailer. I wasn’t sure if I could manage the jump to such a large Coach. Since I’ve only had Travel trailers until now. Doug showed me all the onboard systems and even took me out for drivers training. After his orientation I felt much more comfortable with my selection. Kristen looked after my interests, assuring me that any repairs would be taken care of. Every person that I’ve worked with has been extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. This dealership is family owned and the staff here have made me feel like extended family. I’m very satisfied with my experience. I’ve found this dealership to be trustworthy and honorable. Also, Kyle gave me chicken wings for lunch, and helped me with my bicycle rack! More
