I went in for a tire rotation and obviously my tires weren’t rotated. I have 2 tire caps on the driver side of my tires front and back and the were still on the same side (passenger side ones have been weren’t rotated. We arrived at 8:30am on Sunday before the dealership opened and Erick Slaughter was the only salesperson here. He was kind, patient, and addressed having my car appraised for the trade first.
