Previously, snacks were provided to those who were waiting for their vehicle now that has gone away as well. It’s the little things that go a long way. Was also considering trading my Tundra in for a new one just won’t be doing it their. Maximizing profits is the name of the game, but to what extent if they are already generating a lot of money through their service shop. Such a shame. More

Then the 3% credit card charge is also unthinkable for a huge company like Toyota! Nowadays only small shops will charge credit card fee! And imaging people buy cars and do big repairs there? Very inconvenient! More
