I had a scheduled appointment at 10:30. I asked the girl setting up my appointment, how long it would take as last time I had to just leave as it was going to be at least an hour and a half I asked the girl setting up my appointment, how long it would take as last time I had to just leave as it was going to be at least an hour and a half. She assured me I would be out within an hour. When I arrived the service department looked slammed, I inquired as to whether or not they were behind. the man taking my info assured me no, that if I had an appointment I would be in and out. I finally asked my service contact at 11:45 where we were at, after reminding him I had a meeting at 1:00 and that is was 1/2-hour drive away, he said he would check then came back at noon to tell me it would just be a couple of minutes. I once again reminded him I had a meeting at 1:00 and that was 1/2 hour away...I finally texted him again at 12:22 reminding him I had to leave at 12:30. He writes back probably 20 minutes! There is absolutely no reason I should have an oil change/ wiper appointment at 10:30 and it take 2 1/2 hours. This is totally unacceptable!! I was also offered a $19.99 Oil change with free wipers, my first total was $79, when questioned it dropped to $39.75 as the final. Then as I paid the woman told me there would be a 3% up charge for using a credit card. I feel like this should have been discussed when I made the appointment not when it is time to pay and all I brought with me was a credit card! Needless to say, I missed the meeting I had set up and 6 colleagues had to re-arrange their schedules for me. Once again, this was unacceptable! More

Called for appointment, told none needed not busy. Service managers too busy for me. Had to wait a while to get checked in.
