I pulled up to get my oil change was met by very friendly people and the service was good and quick. In addition to my 2018 Tacoma experience being fantastic because it’s such a well built and reliable car, the service that I receive from the Toyota service department is truly icing on the cake. I have always gone to this dealership for more than two decades in spite of the long distance. Since Gettel bought Stadium the level of service is much less personal. Came in for oil change and tire rotation…was literally out of my car for less than a minute when a sales rep pushed me to trade in my less personal. Came in for oil change and tire rotation…was literally out of my car for less than a minute when a sales rep pushed me to trade in my truck. Relentlessly. It was super annoying. Then in the waiting room someone else did the same thing. I came in for an oil change on my truck that is paid off and will go for 100k miles more +++. AND no loaner cars. Additionally, my truck needed fluid flushes and a new water pump. My local mechanic charged me $1200 for a job that Toyota would do for $2800. Gettel is purely a business now, only interested in pushing their margins. When I finally need to tires I will go elsewhere. More
