There is no excuse for taking 3 hrs for an oil change and safety check. Then it was another half hour for new wiper blades. I asked for an estimate for body work, and never got it. I was extremely grouchy (hangry to be exact) so left as soon as I could rather than wait around for the body work man to find me and dither over the cost. And why oh why do you keep trying to sell me a larger car? I am sick of your frequent offers to buy my Yaris. Toyota should have kept making them. More
