Service Mgr, has always taken great care of us. When one of my new tires got a flat from a nail while traveling across the state, Madeline made an appointment for us at the Acura in West Palm to get our tire replaced. Why would you charge a 3% surcharge for using a credit card? Your labor and parts rates more than compensate you for someone using a credit card.
