I was impressed not only by the Recall fix, but mostly by Kimber Heath the Assistant Service Manager at Gettel Acura. She is excellent at her job AND at Customer support. A Class Act for a World-Class Automobile. You can never find a combination of Sales/Service that truly takes all of the worry of having a car before Gettel.
