I had been looking for a car since Dec 2023 and backed out of several deals with other Florida dealers. I felt uneasy with the other dealers. I felt they weren't disclosing everything to me or I knew more out of several deals with other Florida dealers. I felt uneasy with the other dealers. I felt they weren't disclosing everything to me or I knew more about the car they were selling. Also all but 2 dealerships and I’m pretty sure I texted well into the hundreds range. treated me with zero respect. Gettel Acura immediately treated me with respect and courtesy. They had manners which is a lost art now. They went above and beyond my expectations. I was upfront and told them I know they work for a commission. I completely understand the “math” involved there. I once was in a commission driven field. I explained I just wanted a “fair” deal. I was very pleased with the transparency, customer service, and integrity. I definitely would buy from again but it will be about 10 years because Acura makes them that good. Wendi Jones More
