I had been searching for a car for a couple of weeks and was getting very frustrated. It seemed all of the salespeople didn't listen when I told them my budget and the kind of vehicle I wanted. I saw two ca was getting very frustrated. It seemed all of the salespeople didn't listen when I told them my budget and the kind of vehicle I wanted. I saw two cars at Germain Toyota and decided to call over to be sure they were still available. My car buying experience improved greatly when Preston Jenkins answered the phone. He had the cars ready to go when I got there. I was interested and Preston provided all of the information and answers to my questions. The next day I went back and purchased the vehicle. Preston was awesome, but most everyone at the dealership were helpful. Cristiano helped me the second day and Malcom walked me over to the finance department. Tom in finance was super helpful and explained everything. He was very patient while I asked 1,000 questions too. I would definitely recommend Germain Toyota and will return here when it's time to buy another car. More
