The salesman was excellent, great knowledge, they went out of the way to locate me my car and found one a little more expensive--- no increase in the sell price. It started out well. We test drove a Forrester, but they really did not have the color we wanted. We went and test drove other similar vehicles. While we were gone the salesperson Aaron Woodburn sent us pictures of one that just came in. we went back but really didn't like it. So we looked at and test drove an Outback. We liked it and decided to buy it. So in the next few ours we waited and finally saw the finance manager Matt. It was now 8 PM. We had been there over 3 hours. Now their internet goes down and we can not complete the sale. I suggested a gift card for a dinner somewhere and they just laughed it off. They did let us take the Outback home as a demo. When we got in to leave it was dark. On the way home I could see that all of the inside windows had that haze they get. At home in our garage I could see that the roof had not been cleaned. The next morning I went out and took a closer look. There was still protective plastic on the drivers seat belt catch. The door and hatch sills were dirty. The car was not detailed. When Matt called to complete the sale I told him this and that I was not joking about the gift card. He said he would have to talk to Rich Montgomery. Well he calls back and says we can have the gift card if we give them a perfect review. I said no, it was not a perfect experience, in fact the worst I ever had. We decided to have our old vehicle returned to us. More
