From the minite I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They listened to my concerns, and needs and were responsive. After the test drive and I indicated I wanted some differences, they had my perfect vehicle on hand. The purchasing and financing process was easy. I was introduced to many who worked there including someone from the service department, and two managers and received a tour. I was also told about their service program, how to set up appointments, and their vehicle loaner option. After the vehicle was mine, my sales rep (David), went over the vehicle fratures again so I could set my preferences, pair my phone, among other things. They treated me like a friend or family member. More
I like how thy have the service streamlined and that you have one person assigned who keeps you under their wing and informed. Likewise, I appreciated the inspection and maintenance suggestions I’ve neglect have one person assigned who keeps you under their wing and informed.
