When we called haven't gotten clear answer on what is wrong with our car,instead they are taking it to a Chevy dealership. Not very professional. More

Most of my interaction was with Alan; he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, familiar with all the available vehicles and what options packages were installed, as well as a fount of information about charging EVs and what a new EV owner needs to know. LaDonshay was very easy to work with for arranging the financing. Both Alan and LaDonshay worked late to get the paperwork done for me to drive the car home that night; I'm sure some other folks must have worked late also to get the car ready to go. There were no high-pressure sales gimmicks, the staff was genuinely interested in fulfilling my needs. I had a very positive experience overall. More

WORST DEALER/SERVICE CENTER One star is too generous from me... Worst dealer/service center I ever being to... When you meet DONALD SHAW or JOSE CORDOVA please drive off because One star is too generous from me... Worst dealer/service center I ever being to... When you meet DONALD SHAW or JOSE CORDOVA please drive off because they have nothing of advisable value to tell you. They don't give a xxxx about you or your car. At lease that was one of the many insults I got from DONALD SHAW.... everything they tell you is far from the truth... they cannot even tell you what's wrong with your car. You take your car there for regular maintenance and inspection. Everything check OK by them, only for the car brakes to cease less than 2months. All they know is pay this... pay that.. I bought my first ever Nissan from them last year. 2013 Nissan pathfinder platinum. I purchase 5year service warranty from them all because I want the best care for my car. I was later told the warranty covers oil change only. I regret ever stepping my foot there in the first place. Now thinking of how to get ride off this car. Centers like this give cars brands bad name. Because Germain Nissan did not do their job, one may think Nissan is a bad car brand. Of course I did not experience regular faults and maintenance issue when I was using 2008 Mercedes E Class or 2008 Volvo S60. More

NEVER GO HERE IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD ****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP **** I bought a used car from Germain....... single biggest mistak IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD ****DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP **** I bought a used car from Germain....... single biggest mistake I have ever made. At my first oil change they told me the oil pan was fixed with putty and would need replaced after I noticed oil leeking from the car. A $1000 fix Next the transmission starts having issues, when you accelerate there was some vibration I asked the dealer about this at the time when I purchased my car and they told me it was just the changeover in the hybrid motor and was nothing to worry about.... unfortunately I belived them. New transmission $4000 Now the integrated motor assist in my hybrid is blown out...... A $5500 fix Need I saw more. I even went to the dealer to give them a chance, all I hoped for was a small token, couple hundred off a car mabye? Nope I was told "sorry about that you own the car now not our problem......." Goodluck to anyone walking through those doors. More

Steve treated me like family., educating me about the car & never talked "down" to me. Now that's a true salesman, one that speaks the truth to all genders. Lauren Kuhn promptly responded to our online application in the most courteous manner. She arranged for us to meet with Steve Mendoza, who was absolutely amazing. Although we visited the dealership close to the end of the business day and ended up leaving after normal business hours, Steve, Ralph Johnson, David Brumfield, and the gentleman who detailed our vehicle (sadly I do not know his name) never made us feel rushed for even a second. Steve provided a great deal of information regarding the vehicle we purchased and even contacted us after the sale to make sure we were doing ok with our new car. Ralph went out of his way to find the absolute best financing option for us, David explored all options regarding my family's insurance needs, and the individual who detailed our vehicle did so in the most thorough manner and left the car looking spotless when we drove off the lot. My husband and I were extremely impressed with all aspects of our sale and we will most certainly return to Germain for future car buying! More
