I went there with a pre-approval in hand and both keys to my current trade in. I had gone to other dealerships and knew roughly what to expect money wise for my trade in. I told the salesman before we starte my current trade in. I had gone to other dealerships and knew roughly what to expect money wise for my trade in. I told the salesman before we started the process that the one requirement was my payoff. It’s within the trade in amount on kbb and nada. After running my credit he comes back and said we can only offer you 3k less than trade in. On a car with no accidents no dents and low mileage. Not to mention they ran my credit at more places other than my preapproval. Wasted 3 hours of my day to walk out of there because it was a giant ripoff. It would be hard to EVER earn my business back after having my time wasted. More

But Tracy Goleman (Assistant Service Manager), made sure things were done properly. She ordered another part, provided me a loaner vehicle, had the original guard removed, and had the new bumper guard installed. It looks great. Unethical and shady! I was looking to buy a new car last week. While browsing the internet on the Germain site, I came across the car I wanted, and at a price that had me absolutely thrilled. I went to the dealership with the webpage pulled up on my phone so that I could show them the car I wanted. I was ready to buy the car that night. I told the Donovan I was supposed to see Brandon. He came back and said Brandon was busy, so he would be helping instead. Brandon knew about the ad and the price. I had texted him about it. I showed Donovan the same ad BEFORE taking the test drive. He KNEW what was going on. The car was $23674. Donovan took me out and I test drove the car. I loved it. We went back inside to discuss the details, and he comes back and tells me the price on the website was incorrect. It was actually $25600. I told him that was unacceptable. It was on their site, and I wanted that price. I had shown him the picture! He told me there was no way they could honor that price. He said it was a mistake done by whoever does the webpage. I told him that I didn't care. That was not my problem. They wouldn't sell me the car at that price. I was enraged, and still am. I got a call from the sales manager the next day after I left him a message about their very shady dealings. He stated, like the salesperson did, that it was not possible to sell me that car at that price and that it was a mistake. They couldn't afford to lost money on the sale. I told him that wasn't my problem but he didn't care. So, now I'm doing what I told them I would do. I am warning everyone to avoid this dealership. Again, I showed them the price BEFORE test driving the car. They knew what I expected. And how unethical do you have to be to bait and switch like that? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Go to Nissan North instead. They were great. I got the car I wanted. And they treated me great! More
Decieved Purchased a used 2014 Pathfinder on 08/11/2017. Everything was believed to be well until after the fact. The finance man, LaDonshay Jackson, convinced Purchased a used 2014 Pathfinder on 08/11/2017. Everything was believed to be well until after the fact. The finance man, LaDonshay Jackson, convinced my wife and I to purchase a service contract at the time of sale. I refused many of his offers, for they all ended when the odometer met 100,000 miles. The vehicle already had 42,454 miles, no sane person would pay an additional $2683 to protect against radio failure right? Apparently, I would. Even my wife stated at the time that it would be a waste of money. I told him a service contract would only be worth it to me if it covered bumper to bumper everything for the next 100,000 miles, not 57,000. LaDonshay said, "well, lets try that." He typed away, filling in blanks on an electronic form then shared the results with me. $2683 for bumper to bumper coverage for the next 100,000 miles (term limit at 142,454 miles). I jumped on it, couldn't believe how little bumper to bumper coverage could be. He printed of the contract which states: TERM Plan Months:60 Plan Mileage:100,000. I questioned LeDonshay, (no where on the contract does it specify the terminology these few words mean, nor does it specify what is actually covered other than "Premier Care") to assure myself that what I had purchased gave me bumper to bumper coverage for the next 100,000 miles. He assured me it did. We were most pleased. About a week into ownership I had to install a new battery. Should have been covered, took receipt to Germain, have yet to get my money back on that. About a year into ownership needed to replace a broken interior door handle, not covered by warranty/service contract, no big deal. Took it to dealership in Missouri, where they informed me that our warranty/service contract ran out at 100,000 miles. I contacted LaDonshay at the time and he informed me that he did in fact see that we had come to an agreement for my assistance to 142,454 miles. I was irate, believing that I had been taken advantage of I used some language that would not fit in a business meeting. He turned it on me, and hung up. I was too angry to call back. Now, with 116,000 miles on the automobile, it needs repaired. I called LaDonshay today in an attempt to resolve the issue of a dealership other than Germain acknowledging my coverage. LaDonshay is adamant that I did in fact knowingly purchase/receive a warranty/service contract that ended at 100,000 miles (57,000 miles of radio coverage) for $2683! This is not what I was told. This is not what I believed. I was hoping LaDonshay would recognize that somewhere a mistake was made and that Germain would do what it could to help. He will not. I would have never increased the price of a car by nearly 12% for 57,000 miles worth of only electronics coverage. If no mistake was made, then my only conclusion is that we were purposefully deceived into increasing the amount of money financed by nearly 12%! Ridiculous...you've been warned. Wonder when I'll get that battery reimbursement... More

Unreliable and Poor Customer Service I purchased a Nissan Rogue at this dealership in early 2018. My experience was beyond terrible and the customer service was horrible. My sales represe I purchased a Nissan Rogue at this dealership in early 2018. My experience was beyond terrible and the customer service was horrible. My sales representative, Steve, was fine while we were at the dealership making the purchase, but when I experienced problems a couple weeks later it was nearly impossible to get A response to my emails and to this day my issue is still not resolved. I purchased my car under the assumption that it was Certified Pre-Owned, but after I purchased the car and reviewed the requirements for that certification the car did not meet those requirements. One item in particular is that my car should have came with two key fobs and it only came with one (and I was told an extra key would cost around $100 to make). The car also had areal decal that the previous owner placed in the car that was not removed. And, there is a hole in the back seat that I did not notice until after purchasing and was not mention to me in advance. I would not trust this dealership and would be very cautious when it comes to certified pre-owned status. Don’t expect anyone to care about your concerns or questions after the purchase of final.
