Our first experience with Germain Nissan stated recently with the purchase of our dream car, a Ford Mustang GT. We had been searching for days, spending many hours on the Internet to make our list of “poss with the purchase of our dream car, a Ford Mustang GT. We had been searching for days, spending many hours on the Internet to make our list of “possibilities” to check out. One evening we kept going back to one Mustang on the Internet at www.germainnissan.com. The quality of the pictures and detailed vehicle description kept pulling us back to the Germain site. When we actually went to the dealership the next day we were not disappointed. The pictures, as great as they were, did not do justice to the Mustang. Our salesman, John Cuestas, picked up where the website left off. His knowledge of the car was exceptional; he had the answers to all of our questions. At no time during the dealings did he try the hard sales, fast-talking tactics we’ve all experienced at other dealerships. During the decision making process we asked that they wash the car and put it on the rack so we could check out the body/paint and undercarriage of the car. They readily complied with our request, with no hesitation at all. This was going above and beyond what other dealers would have done! When we finally decided to make the purchase the process was painless; I don’t remember everyone’s name that was involved but they were all very courteous and extremely professional. The credit manager (Charles) Tim King was also great to work with. He answered our questions an explained everything in just the right amount of detail as we went through the process. We would not hesitate to purchase from Germain Nissan again or to recommend others visit Germain Nissan for their dream car. Who knows, they might just have the Mustang (or whatever car/truck/suv you are looking for) of your dreams on their lot right now. My husband and I visited Germain Nissan of Columbus because we were looking for a new car. We did not intend to buy that day. In fact we were planning on buying a Hyundai but happened to drive by the because we were looking for a new car. We did not intend to buy that day. In fact we were planning on buying a Hyundai but happened to drive by the Nissan dealership and figured we should at least check them out to cross them off the list. We were so impressed with the service that we received from Robert Bailey that we ended up purchasing a Nissan Altima that day. He answered all our questions and even pointed out why Nissan was better than the other vehicles that we were planning on looking at. He is quite knowledgable of your products and convinced us that we should purchase a Nissan. He worked with us to get a great vehicle in a price range that we could afford. I am not someone who normally makes impulse buys. The last vehicle that we purchased I looked at for over 6 months before actually signing the papers and purchasing. I had been looking for a car for over 4 months. The option of new was not even considered until we ended up at Germain Nissan. My sales person "Robert" was very professional. He spent time going over all advantages of the Sentra. Although I really liked the Sentra, I started looking at other manufacturers "Honda and Toyota". I went to the other dealers at the end of business hours. Honda was too busy trying to shut their doors. They met me at the door with 15 minutes left in the day and said "Come back tommorrow". I knew this dealer was not getting my business. On the other hand, Toyota stayed open 1 hour past close to discuss the Corolla. Their customer service was great! By the way, the store I went to was Germain Toyota. I knew I had the right dealer. Even though this was going to be my car, it was what my wife wanted at this point. We test drove both cars and did a side by side comparison at the Germain Nissan store. At the end of the day, both cars were very similar. Style, price and recall notices sold the car. I was worried the recalls Toyota had been dealing with would effect the resale value of the car. The customer service was great at each store. Since my purchase, I have had my car in for maintence, FREE washings and a couple minor repairs. The service staff has always been easy to deal with. Someone has always been around to shuttle me to work and back when I do not have a ride. Overall, Germain dealers do an outstanding job! I will be purchasing another car from Germain and I speak highly of their service and quality when somebody asks. Your customers are your best sales people. I sell Germain to everyone who asks! More

This tag sales approach just shows me that this dealership has no integrity whatsoever. I couldn't just walk out because they still had my keys to the car I wanted to trade in. As soon as they gave me back my keys I went to Infiniti of Columbus, where I was treated with respect, and bought a car. More
I recently bought a used car from this dealership. The used car manager (Buddy)was very unprofessional and tried to do business by scaring me. They promised to take care of several items on my car but once the car is sold, they never took care of anything nor returned my calls. The service is horrible and the service manager, Mike was very rude. Never go to this dealership. Just avoid and buy your vehicle somewhere else where you will be treated like a customer and with respect. I feel that Buddy with his cunning tactics will drive this dealership out of business soon. The entire team believes that they can fool every customer who walks in to the dealership. Andy was a little better but can't do much since he is in sales. Beware and avoid this dealership. I have bought 7 cars in the past, but never experienced such a horrible experience. In the future, I will never go to this dealer for any service or repairs. Do a favor for yourself and AVOID Germain Nissan. More
