I bought a new 2011 Nissan Altima at Germain Nissan and had a very good experience. Mike Banton, sales person, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Upon my first visit, I was WOWED with his service and positive personality. He went through all the bells and whistles of the car and made sure to fully explain all safety and engine features. My dad accompanied me and considered him to be one of the best sales persons he had ever met (my father is not an easy person to impress). I only briefly met Mr. Germain once and had no other interaction after that. Nick Zuchengno took care of finance and me and my father had mixed feelings towards our experience with him. He was friendly enough and took care of all the paper work efficiently. He tried to sell me and my father on a Vehicle Service Protection Plan which we wanted to take some time to think and research before making the investment. This decision didn't seem to suite Nick and his attitude turned noticeably sour. In total, the dealership provided a positive experience for a first time buyer like myself. I wasn't really pushed to buy any certain car, to spend any certain amount of money, the decision was mine and I'm very satisfied with it! More

John Rix was the best car salesman I have ever met. He was courteous, friendly, patient, answered questions, very helpful, NOT PUSHY!! He made you feel like he was there to help you find and purchase or lease what you were looking for not what someone else wanted you to buy. He took us on a tour of the entire facility. In the interim while Jon needed to attend to things to finalize our lease purchase, we were kindly greeted and made to feel at home by Brad, Josh and Nick. Brad was in training and what a great asset he will be to your company. He has it, personality, professionalism, eager to assist you with any questions and even help me set up my Bluetooth. Josh worked on the credit & title, registration information needed etc for our car trades and Nick handled the final financing/lease paper work. When we left, it did not feel like we had been in a "dealership." We felt like we had made a new family!! A terrific experience. I will recommend Germain Nissan to any and all. We returned to Germain for a new car purchase six years after our last new car. Our salesman, Michael Banton was great in 2005 so it was clear to us we would return to him and Germain when we were again after our last new car. We love our beautiful Altima and we got what we thought was a great price. Zero percent interest didn't hurt. The only complaint I had was that the dealership was very busy and that is not really a complaint. I was glad to see business was good for the salesmen that day. I called Germain Nissan to get information on the Nissan Juke that wa dealership where I live. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I called Germain Nissan to get information on the Nissan Juke that was listed on the website that was on the lot. Mike Benton took my call and was very helpful. I wasn't able to make it to Germain the day that I had called about the car, but made an appointment with him a week later to get more information and test drive the vehicle. Mike called me mid-week to let me know that the Juke that I was interested in was still available. When I made it out to Germain Mike was very helpful and friendly.
