We returned to Germain for a new car purchase six years after our last new car. Our salesman, Michael Banton was great in 2005 so it was clear to us we would return to him and Germain when we were again after our last new car. We love our beautiful Altima and we got what we thought was a great price. Zero percent interest didn't hurt. The only complaint I had was that the dealership was very busy and that is not really a complaint. I was glad to see business was good for the salesmen that day. I wasn't able to make it to Germain the day that I had called about the car, but made an appointment with him a week later to get more information and test drive the vehicle. Mike called me mid-week to let me know that the Juke that I was interested in was still available. When I made it out to Germain Mike was very helpful and friendly.
