John Rix called earlier this week to let me know he had a great opportunity for me to move from my 2009 Maxima to a 2011 Maxima with with little or no change in my lease payment. As my lease had another 14 m great opportunity for me to move from my 2009 Maxima to a 2011 Maxima with with little or no change in my lease payment. As my lease had another 14 months to run I was interested, but unsure how this could possibly be a win/win situation. This experience was the best car buying (leasing) experience I have ever had and I have been buying cars for a long time. John Rix was outstanding in his knowledge and handling of the transaction and I was amazed at how easy he made it all happen. I have had experience with Germain Nissan before but this is the best experience I have ever had with any dealership. I must also say I was treated with a friendly and dedicated committment to maker me feel welcome and answered all my questions and could not have made this experience more enjoyable. I regret I do not remember the finance managers name but his first name was Carl and he too was outstanding in making sure I understood all the details of this transaction. It was a pleasure.
