I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. I swore after my first experience that I wouldn't go back, but I somehow ended up getting my wife's car from the same place. The first incident, when I bought my car, I bought during a promotional period and was supposed to receive season tickets for a local sports team. When I didn't receive the tickets I called and was told that I wouldn't be getting them and was never provided a very good answer as to why. I called the dealership manager, but my calls were not returned. I also submitted something directly to Nissan USA, but they said to discuss it with the dealership. The second incident was when I purchased my wife's vehicle. I opted for the maintenence "convenience" package, where all oil-changes and basic maintenence are paid for in the monthly payment. It has proven to be anything but convenient. We were supposed to get some type of priority for getting that package. Not true. We were told to drop the car off one Saturday morning at 7am for scheduled work. We both drove over with our toddler in the car. They didn't open until 8am. The worst part about this dealership is that no one cares about how their employees lie. I gave them a '4' for their friendliness rating because they are very friendly to your face. However, everything they say is a lie so the friendliness is false. More
