I purchased my Murano at this dealership and always took it here for service. Had my worst experience today when I went for routine oil change. I did have a prior appointment (8:45am), reached there at 8:55 it here for service. Had my worst experience today when I went for routine oil change. I did have a prior appointment (8:45am), reached there at 8:55am and was told service should be done in a hour (as always I waited there). Didn't hear anything until 10:35am and then I got a phone call (even though I was there). I was told that brake pad needs replaced, wipers need replaced and filters need replaced and given an oral estimate of $300. I agreed but had a doubt on how brake pad replacement plus filters would cost only $300. I got another phone call at 12:12 pm (again I was waiting over there) and was told that vehicle should be ready in 15 minutes. I immediately went to the cash counter and stood there waiting for the advisor to come there but no luck. After 10 minutes, I started looking around and found the keys on a tray near the cashier. I claimed those keys and handed over the credit card for payment (with no explanation of the service done which costed me $300 but no brake pad replacement). One line item I see in the invoice was intake cleaning service which costed around $130. Wondering why any cleaning would cost around $130 and what's the return on this investment!!! Changed my rating to good as the service manager personally called me and explained the work that was done. He also apologized for all the customer unfriendliness. This is what differentiates a great to not-so-great companies. Every company does have a rough day and how they overcome such a bad day is what differentiates a successful company from the not so ones. Thank you Germain Nissan for valuing customer feedback!!! I first called for a quote for my broken door handle. I was quoted $176 Labor and $110 Parts. I took the car in to get fixed. They never called to tell me the car was done. I called and they said it was done and would wash it for me right away. I get there, went to cashier and was charged $129 ($18 more than quoted)for the parts, plus an additional $4.16 for 'shop supplies'. Went out to the car and it was not washed and to top it off, big old greasy boot print on my floor mat. I will NEVER go back here again. There loss, as I own 2 Nissans. PS I went there because it was closest Nissan Dealership. My mistake. More
I recently bought a new car. I had a very nice Honda Accord, but if it had been a dog, it would have been long dead, and it started showing signs that it was on a quick decline in health. My bills were such that I could take on the debt of a new car as long as I found something SUPER economical. I researched what could be an affordable yet awesome option and went looking around on-line. My dad was a life-time Ford employee, and because of that I receive a 10% discount on a new Ford. I found a couple of Fiesta's and Focus' at Ricart Ford so my husband and I went there to test drive them. When we got there, we were greeted by a young whippersnapper-type who seemed very nice. We told him that we were still in the “just looking” stage, but he convinced us to come in and see what the payments would be. Before we knew it my credit score was being pulled and I was being SERIOUSLY bullied and lied to by their finance guy into buying a car that I clearly could not afford. When we decided to go, the finance guy literally chased us out to our car, and we had to peel out of the lot like bank robbers. Fighting Post Traumatic Stress Disorder we decided to test drive a Versa (which scored very high in my on-line search for “Most Affordable New Car”) at Germain Nissan near Easton. I had e-mailed back and forth with one of their sales people, but when we arrived he was with another customer so we were helped by Ladonshay Jackson (aka. “Deezy”). He was the most down-to-earth and honest salesperson I have ever worked with. He didn't sugar coat anything about the car. We even chucked about the car's lack of horsepower when we took it on the highway. He basically GOT that I needed low monthly payments instead of a fancy, tricked out car and sold us instead on the roominess of the vehicle and on Nissan's awesome service plan after purchase (almost as good a leased car's service plan!). Honestly, I just needed a super-reliable, affordable car, but Germain Nissan's amazing team was what made me choose my new Versa. I HIGHLY recommend Germain Nissan if you want to have a positive car-buying experience. Their staff is fun and friendly and NOT full of b.s.! More

My wife and I purchased a car from Germain before and we really like Nissans. Even though another Nissan dealer is closer to us, we prefer to deal with Germain. Our intent that day was not to buy a car, b really like Nissans. Even though another Nissan dealer is closer to us, we prefer to deal with Germain. Our intent that day was not to buy a car, but to get a repair done on one of our other Nissans and to look around. Brad put up with us as we looked at many cars and finally settled in on the Altima as it wss the roomiest. Having chosen the type of car for us, Brad found us a new/used one (current year model) and in our price range and with low mileage. Having agreed on the car, we had a delema: how to get two cars back home. My wife doesn't like to drive the car that was in the shop and she was nervous about driving the new car in heavy traffic to get home. Brad stepped up and drove the new car to my house (and had a friend drive him back). At my home he went over all the details again. For the distance he had to travel to do that, he went above and beyond what other dealers would do, and we appreciated that. More
My salesman Michael Banton was very friendly and not pushy at all. One thing I do not like from dealers is when they rush you and you feel like you are a piece of meat and they are vultures on for the k pushy at all. I drove to Germain Nissan in Columbus from Cincinnati because they had the vehicle that I wanted and a competitive price. My wife and I were very impressed with the level of customer service that we received from Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased and provided us with several tips and suggestions. We purchased a pre-owned vehicle and it looked brand new when we drove it off the lot! The only trouble we encountered occurred when we got home. Unfortunately one of the brake calibers was not working properly. Germain Nissan took full responsibility and corrected the issue immediately. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a relaxed, educated and "no hassle" sales experience. More
My wife bought a Maxima about 2 years ago from Mike Banton, and we really enjoyed our experience with the entire staff. I was in need of a new used vehicle, and there was no question who I was going to Banton, and we really enjoyed our experience with the entire staff. I was in need of a new used vehicle, and there was no question who I was going to buy from. I would highly recommend seeing any of the sales people at Germaine Nissan. If Mike is available, even better. He's a great guy and will get you the car, truck, or whatever you're looking for. More
