Excellent people to di buisness with I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland area and have had to broaden my search. I reached out to Germain Nissan in Columbus Ohio, from the very first call to the day I drove off the lot with my car I have had excellent service. Mike Banton was so accommodating in confirming every detail of the vehicle. He was aware that I was driving over 5 hrs to buy the vehicle sight unseen and I did not want any surprises. He disclosed EVERYTHING! They included pictures of any and all slight flaws ( which were miniscule.) After 3 months of bad experiences looking for my perfect certified vehicle I owe it to Germain Nissan for reinstating my trust in humanity. Longtime Nissan Customer , first time Germain customer. After shopping around for a few weeks looking to trade my car in for an SUV, this dealerships customer service set them , first time Germain customer. After shopping around for a few weeks looking to trade my car in for an SUV, this dealerships customer service set them apart from the rest. They listened to my questions and concerns. They had amazing followup and this ultimately sold me. The other 2 dealerships I was working with was slow to respond to questions and I felt like there was a middle man always between the conversations. At Germain Nissan my experience was completely different. Alan immediately introduced me to the GM, cutting the back and forth conversations out. They both made me feel so comfortable and were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Alan, for the first time ever I actually know how all my features of my car worked as well.
