The first time I stopped by Germain it was around closing time and the office doors were locked. As I proceeded to my car Matt Wihelm who was also assisting another couple gave me his card and took a moment time and the office doors were locked. I was in for my oil change on my 2010 Cube and I saw the fully loaded 2013. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable & quick to fill me in on all of the upgrades in the newer model.
