I went to Germain Nissan expecting just to look and drove out in a new Rogue. Matt Wilhelm was great to work with and made my husband and I feel very welcome and comfortable. I was in for my oil change on my 2010 Cube and I saw the fully loaded 2013. Matt was friendly and knowledgeable & quick to fill me in on all of the upgrades in the newer model. He answered all of our questions and got all of the paperwork processed quickly for us. I traded in my 2010 and drove out with the upgraded beauty... Matt listened to our needs and made suggestions on how we could get my wife out of her uncomfortable car to an upgraded Cube. Matt made everything easy and a seamless upgrade. She actually came in the next day and he helped her, too. (That is under her review). The dealership is great and we love the free car washes! More
Matt knew everything there was to know about the Altima I bought. He worked as hard as he could to get me the best deal possible for my trade in. He researched every detail of my purchase and trade in details and called me at home as soon as he had answers. I am a repeat Nissan customer so I am very familiar with Germain's excellant customer service when I needed my oil changes or any service work. I first did an internet inquiry on a Vehicle and less than 24 hours I received a call from Matt. I told him what type of car I was interested in and then we set up an appointment so I could look at cars than 24 hours I received a call from Matt. Salesman replied to online looking by phone. Salesman did all he could to get us there & make us happy with our choice of vehicles, color and selection of a vehicle. Believe they could have done a better job all he could to get us there & make us happy with our choice of vehicles, color and selection of a vehicle. Believe they could have done a better job on giving a ball park monthly cost for the other vehicles we looked at. None was given on the other three we looked at except total price and that they would be cheaper. More

took my car into Nissan to get a diagnostic from engine light being on. Service tech called and stated what repairs needed to be done gasket replacement, thermostat replacement, and spark plug replacement light being on. Service tech called and stated what repairs needed to be done gasket replacement, thermostat replacement, and spark plug replacement and I approved work. Service tech called and stated that repairs had been done and car was ready. 20 minutes after picking up car service engine light came back on. Called tech and he stated that some other work needed to be done and that is why light came on and stated what repairs needed to be done which were engine fan replacement. Took car to another dealership to get a 2nd diagnostic and new tech stated that 2nd report stated issue that needed to be done which was spark plug cylnders were not firing right which this was previous repairs from the diagnostic from Nissan. Called Nissan to have them look at car again and they stated that new found issues were from wear and tear and had nothing to do with repairs that were done. My question to them was why didnt the first diagnostic pick up these issues when it was run???? More

Unfortunately there was a little confusion with me changing mailing addresses during the mailing of my title, but Sandy who handles titles and licenses was a great help at letting me know what to do, where to go, etc. in reference to the title location and DMV.
