I have been a Honda owner for over 16 years and wanted to just "look at" another brand. I loved the new body style of the 14' Nissan Altima so I went to Germain Nissan to browse at a few cars. Mr. Michael Banton was, lucky for me, assisting someone else but was more than happy to help me as well. He let me look without hovering, but seemed to be at my beck and call when I needed him. It was a Sunday during the holidays and pouring down the rain and even though I had no intention of buying that day, I ended up with a brand new Altima, that I love so much. I knew where I needed to be on payment and price and the people went above and beyond to give me what I needed. I appreciated that more than anything. Because of my purchasing that day, the group stayed past closing and they have no idea how wonderful it was to feel sorry for them for having to stay, but not once did they make me feel like I needed to get out of there so they all could just go home. They're a wonderful group at Germain Nissan and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

I felt very comfortable walking around and the dealership without people swarming me. Sales associates were very knowledgeable about the car and maintenance. I looked at so many dealerships in the area, and obviously this one stood out since I bought my new car here. I was looking to trade in my used car which had been nothing but trouble. I knew I would obviously this one stood out since I bought my new car here. I was looking to trade in my used car which had been nothing but trouble. I knew I would have negative equity on it so was unsure that I would even get approved for financing. Josh was super helpful and helped me select the 2014 Nissan Versa which I had researched online. He gave me a good price that competed with a Nissan dealer in Newark, and offered me a good trade in value. Several of the other dealers I went to were trying to hard sell me, which I know is their job/livelihood but I wasn't going for it. I never felt pressured at Germain. Then the night I bought my car, they said the one I was eyeing had been sold (an S plus) but they had an SV available and gave me a bigger college student rebate on it so it worked out well after all. I love my car, and I can honestly say that after this car dies (which will hopefully be long in the future) I will buy a car here again. More

I was not looking to buy a new car but received a letter in the mail stating Germain Nissan was interested in purchasing my 2011 Rogue. I had to go there for an oil change so I asked what the offer would be in the mail stating Germain Nissan was interested in purchasing my 2011 Rogue.
