We purchased this Mechanical Failure Service Contract on 6/29/22 when we bought out our lease on this vehicle. The contract was for 7 years or a 100,000 miles. The contract number is P00022986178. We were told by the Germain employee who sold us this contract along with doing all the car sale paperwork that it would be the same as the initial 36,000 mile contract, which covered everything. The contract is labeled Platinum with $0 deductible and cost us $3,396.00. The Germain employee who sold the contract and signed it was Gary Haskins. We also bought a Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Service Contract at the same time. The Prepaid Maintenance Agreement we also purchased has been honored. At that present time it does appear that we are receiving what we paid for when we purchased Contract #P00022986178.
