First time going to this dealership and ended up getting a new vehicle from them. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a car dealership. Not the typical dealership I had come to expect both in terms of atmosphere and people - everything was very pleasant. I really liked the guy who helped us select the vehicle, Alan. He was fantastic guy, and if it wasn't for his patience and attention, we probably would not have got the car. He explained everything very well to us and gave us good information on purchasing our first all-electric vehicle. The other people we dealt with at dealership Brandon, Sarah, and Adam were all great, too. Overall, it was very easy for us to get a new vehicle from them, and I would recommend them to others. More

They even interacted really well with our 18 month old daughter and made her feel like she was part of the experience also. They truly cared about what our needs were and were able to work with us to make sure we didn't feel stressed out. More
Germain Nissan is wonderful! This is my third lease from them. My salesperson was Dana Schlezinger Guerra and she was amazing! She really listens to her client and helps get exactly what you need. My husband and I went in to test drive the new Nissan Sentra and another Altima. I have owned both a Sentra and an Altima in the past. My most recent car was a Nissan Altima. My husband and I test drove the new Sentra and liked it and almost went with that without test driving the Altima. Because the Altima is what I was used to driving, Dana encouraged me to test drive it so I was sure. This was done for my benefit as there was really no price difference in the two cars we were looking at because of the particular model for each car. I am so glad she encouraged me to drive the Altima because that is what we ended up leasing. And we couldn't be happier. And the leasing was easy and painless. Not a lot of back and forth with the manager...she just got us what we wanted and made a great deal! Sometimes people don't like to go car shopping because of the salespeople, but with Dana you don't need to have any fear. She is like dealing with a friend or family member. She truly listens to you and you know she is really working on your behalf to get you the best deal on the best car for you. I would highly recommend Germain Nissan and Dana in particular. You can go anywhere to get a high quality Nissan, but after my experience, I won't go anywhere but Germain Nissan and work with Dana Schlezinger Guerra. More
I recently purchased a used Camry from Germain Nissan to later find that the car came with summer tires on it. These were a nightmare in the snow and they offered to swap them out at no charge. They even came and picked my car up from my place of business and loaned me another car while they did the work. Fantastic customer service! I would definitely return to Germain Nissan in the future. I would normally never take the time to write anything like this, however, my experience with Germain was so horrible I felt compelled to let someone know. We wanted to buy a new Nissan Altima. Our sales like this, however, my experience with Germain was so horrible I felt compelled to let someone know. We wanted to buy a new Nissan Altima. Our sales person, Alan, was not friendly during most of the deal, he wasn't really unfriendly either, rather, he was there to process a transaction, absolutely no salesmanship/personality what so ever. Alan had drafted the paper work for us to sign, to buy the new car, we had asked him to go over all the numbers that were on the page, he become very frustrated, let out a long sigh and was visibly irritated. Within a minute or two, we asked if he had called for the payoff on our trade, once again his entire body language was irritation, in a frustrated tone, he said he hadn't done it because he was going over the numbers with us, that he had already gone over. At that point we decided we didn't have to buy a car from Alan. We were about to spend $30k on a new car, that Alan would profit from, and he was treating us horribly. I was pretty stunned. I explained to him we were done and his "excuse" was; "I'm a New Yorker"... truly unbelievable, so because he's originally from another part of the country, he's allowed to act like a complete a hole and I'm supposed to deal with it? Nope. After we left the deanship I left the sales manager a message explaining the deal had blown up in the 11th hour and I felt it was a shame. He, Marc Cox, never called me back. Once again, I was stunned. Marc could have saved that deal if he would have picked up the phone and called us back. The next day we drove to a rival dealer and bought the car, Ricart Nissan. We had an absolute awesome experience with them. So, here's my jab back at Germain for being incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly. More
