I worked with Matt Wilhelm and he was extremely easygoing, but also very professional and knowledgeable. Unlike in past experiences with car salesmen, Matt did not make me feel stupid--like I didn't know what I was talking about. He was completely reasonable, and helped me get a very fair deal. Very personable guy and very easy to work with. Greg Knox brought me the car and explained all of its features--again, Greg was excellent. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Can't say enough what a great experience I had at Germain. Very excited to drive my new car! More
