They had amazing followup and this ultimately sold me. The other 2 dealerships I was working with was slow to respond to questions and I felt like there was a middle man always between the conversations. At Germain Nissan my experience was completely different. Alan immediately introduced me to the GM, cutting the back and forth conversations out.
