Daughter's First Car I took my daughter to buy her first car. She wanted to do everything on her own, and the friendly sales and financing staff were so welcoming and easy I took my daughter to buy her first car. She wanted to do everything on her own, and the friendly sales and financing staff were so welcoming and easy to work with. No one was pushy like most car salesman I've encountered in my day. Excellent people to di buisness with I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland I have been shopping for a certified Nissan Murano for quite some time and have had so many bad experiences at other places. I live in the Chicagoland area and have had to broaden my search. I reached out to Germain Nissan in Columbus Ohio, from the very first call to the day I drove off the lot with my car I have had excellent service. Mike Banton was so accommodating in confirming every detail of the vehicle. He was aware that I was driving over 5 hrs to buy the vehicle sight unseen and I did not want any surprises. He disclosed EVERYTHING! They included pictures of any and all slight flaws ( which were miniscule.) After 3 months of bad experiences looking for my perfect certified vehicle I owe it to Germain Nissan for reinstating my trust in humanity.
