Don - The Best Service Person I've Seen I brought my Murano into Germain for service and Don Shaw was the service representative who greeted me. Ever since that first greeting he has gone ab I brought my Murano into Germain for service and Don Shaw was the service representative who greeted me. Ever since that first greeting he has gone above and beyond what I would expect in helping me. If I would rate him on a scale of 1 to 10 I would have to give him a 10 across the board. He has been nothing but helpful and honest in dealing with me. When it comes time for me to purchase a new vehicle I will definitely be back to Germain because of the representation of the dealership I received through their Service King Don Shaw!! More

A major part of providing customer service is listening to what the customer is looking for and find the right vehicle for them in their price range and not trying to have them purchase something out of their price range. No pressure, great price on a nearly-new car. Eric was really easygoing and not pushy. He didn't try to rush me into a decision and made sure I got a chance to look at all the cars I was intereste Eric was really easygoing and not pushy. Alan Friedman's Service on Nissan Leaf was Outstanding! I've run Clean Fuels Ohio, a non-profit focused on advanced fuels and vehicle technologies for several years. The organization supports many alternati I've run Clean Fuels Ohio, a non-profit focused on advanced fuels and vehicle technologies for several years. The organization supports many alternatives including natural gas, propane, biofuels, electric vehicles, hybrids and more. For my own family we decided that the Nissan Leaf would be the best fit as an additional car. We got a great deal on a very nice 2013 Leaf with low mileage. I decided to shop several dealers so I could compare the quality of service, knowledge level of the sales rep, price, and selection - both new and used. Each of the dealers and salespeople were pleasant and all had Leafs in stock, but the best was Germain Nissan. Alan Friedman is the Leaf specialist at Nissan, and took that role seriously. He never applied any pressure but just gave honest, reliable information. I knew a lot about the Leaf already but learned more from Alan. He obviously had kept up with Nissan's information about the Leaf, but what impressed me most was his deep and nuanced knowledge base gained from ongoing interactions with many of Germain's Leaf customers. The specialists at the other dealerships did not match this knowledge base. Unfortunately, one sales representative gave information I knew to be false, based on my own knowledge of electric vehicles. I would encourage anyone in the market for any electric vehicle (not just the Leaf) to shop multiple dealers before deciding on a car, but if you are interested in the Leaf, be sure to visit Alan at Germain Nissan.
