Tim, the manager, emailed me back that night asking what model of car was I looking for and when I could come by. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there by Stephanie, the salesperson, who asked pertinent questions, listened to what a was looking for in a car and found the exact car I needed for my job. She had a great open line of communication and was all around very helpful and knowledgable. Also, the staff at Germain Mazda were not arrogant "boys club" car people.
