My final decision to purchase my Mazda 6 was based on the salesmanship of Damon Shorterage. I had visited other dealerships prior to stopping into Germain's, and I was extremely disappointed in their limited salesmanship of Damon Shorterage. I originally went to the Nissan dealership next door. After walking around their lot for 20 minutes and nobody coming out to help me, I decided to go to Germain Mazda next door. I feel like I got a great car at a very fair price. Finance guy was so thorough I finally had to tell him to hurry up and get me out of there, as I have been through the process a dozen times. He simply wanted to make sure I understood everything. During the process I met the sales person, service manager, finance manager, and general manager. Tim, the manager, emailed me back that night asking what model of car was I looking for and when I could come by. I was pleasantly surprised when I got there by Stephanie, the salesperson, who asked pertinent questions, listened to what a was looking for in a car and found the exact car I needed for my job.
