I originally went to the Nissan dealership next door. After walking around their lot for 20 minutes and nobody coming out to help me, I decided to go to Germain Mazda next door. I feel like I got a great car at a very fair price. Finance guy was so thorough I finally had to tell him to hurry up and get me out of there, as I have been through the process a dozen times. He simply wanted to make sure I understood everything. During the process I met the sales person, service manager, finance manager, and general manager. I also communicated in person, via phone, text, and email. Smooth and easy, this will be my first and likely only stop next time! More
