Experience was fine. Problems occurred with the fog lights not working on the 2014 Mazda CX5 we were purchasing. This issue was resolved. Extended delay occurred to meet with the finance manager to pur lights not working on the 2014 Mazda CX5 we were purchasing. This issue was resolved. The delay actually made us late for another commitment we had that afternoon. What a relief, to work with true professionals...who were really trying to meet our needs, not their own. Rusty knew nearly every detail about the vehicle and his past experience in service really shows when he explains the features too. And he's someone you can trust, if you want an honest answer. The other Mazda dealers seemed to hire the traditional "use car salesmen" type people. We were so impressed with our experience, that I just purchased a Mazda 6 in November too.
