My overall experience at Germain was GREAT!! I was shopping around a lot and also went to Ricart to look at used cars there. But that experience was a total waste of time. I told Rusty exactly what I wanted and that evening I went into the delearship, test drove the car, Sonny talked to me about my payments and it was all in my range and got everything I needed and more! I walked out that night with a fabulous car! And the experience was not at all stressful or sketchy, it all went smoothly and they genuinely wanted to make me happy with my new purchase.
