First my wife and I purchased her new CX-9 in July from Germain Mazda. We were tired of getting one price, then another price, and never ending phone calls from the other dealerships. What a relief, to work with true professionals...who were really trying to meet our needs, not their own. Rusty knew nearly every detail about the vehicle and his past experience in service really shows when he explains the features too. And he's someone you can trust, if you want an honest answer. The other Mazda dealers seemed to hire the traditional "use car salesmen" type people. We were so impressed with our experience, that I just purchased a Mazda 6 in November too. I couldn't be happier with both of my recent experiences. Even after the purchases, they are still taking care of us. My overall experience at Germain was GREAT!! I was shopping around a lot and also went to Ricart to look at used cars there. But that experience was a total waste of time. I contacted Germain by email because I was interested in the Mazda 3 that was listed under their certified pre-owned section online and the next morning I got a call. I told Rusty exactly what I wanted and that evening I went into the delearship, test drove the car, Sonny talked to me about my payments and it was all in my range and got everything I needed and more! I walked out that night with a fabulous car! And the experience was not at all stressful or sketchy, it all went smoothly and they genuinely wanted to make me happy with my new purchase. Each time I see Jim Parrott he is always in a good mood, friendly, and easy to chat with. I came in to have my Mazda Miata serviced. Trusting Jim's opinion from previous dealings with him, I let him know I friendly, and easy to chat with. I came in to have my Mazda Miata serviced. After my Miata was serviced Jim hooked me up with Damon. I was able to trade my car in and drive home in a brand new truck the same day. We bought a 2014 Mazda CX5 from Germain Mazda. We had looked at a CX5 on 3 separate occasions at another local dealer. They were always nice but never seemed too eager to find out about us or sell us a looked at a CX5 on 3 separate occasions at another local dealer. They were always nice but never seemed too eager to find out about us or sell us a car. It was very different at Germain from the moment we walked in the door. We didn't have an appointment and were greeted immediately and offered a beverage. We were then introduced to the manager, Tim. Tim asked us what we were looking for. I knew what I wanted and told them. They then asked about colors and options. We told them Red and White. They immediately had someone search the inventory and they had both, but they didn't walk us out to the lot to look at them, they had them both brought around to the service garage so that we could look at them in a nice shaded area rather than in the very hot parking lot. We were then introduced to Terry, our sales consultant. He took the time to go over all of the cars options with my wife and then took us on a test drive. We were very interested in one and began talking numbers, but were short on time. Instead of pushing us and pressuring us to make a deal before our appointment, they offered to let us take it home for the night, see if we liked it, and then work out the deal in the morning. When we returned, we were again welcomed. After our negotiation, Terry took the time to walk us around the showroom and the service area and introduce us to the service manger since we would be working with them in the future, due to our free service from Germain. We finalized things with Sonny, who was fantastic, and very meticulous in doing his job, catching any errors. He pulled together all of our financial paperwork and was excellent to work with. The best thing about Germain was that we never felt pressured and everyone was so friendly and down to earth we really felt like we were being taken care of, not taken advantage of. Certainly, they wanted to sell a car, but it felt like everyone was genuine, and that was refreshing from a car dealer. We would definitely recommend Germain Mazda More
