Overall this was a great experience. Brittany was polite and straight to the point in the buying process so that there was not too much wasted time. I went to multiple dealers in the Columbus area and the only one that I felt was better than Germain Mazda was Germain Toyota, they just didn't have the car I was looking for. The only problem I had was discussing out the door pricing vs "listed price." I felt that whenever we were talking I continued to use out the door pricing while she used listed pricing and it confused some things at the end of the dealings which I felt were a little unfair. Overall I really enjoy the car and still got a great price on it, just not the one I felt we had originally agreed on. I would go back again for my next vehicle. More

The entire staff was very kind and had great customer service. They were very accommodating to my schedule and situation, and went over every detail with me to insure that all of my questions were answered. Upon my purchase, they still took time with me to accommodate and insure that I was comfortable with the entire process. I would definitely recommend them over every other Mazda dealer in Columbus. It was a great experience, solely because of the people there. More
