My family and I have purchased 6 vehicles over the years from Rusty. When our youngest daughter went off to college, Rusty convinced us to lease a new vehicle so that she wouldn't have to be concerned with from Rusty. Overall this was a great experience. Brittany was polite and straight to the point in the buying process so that there was not too much wasted time. I went to multiple dealers in the Columbus area and the only one that I felt was better than Germain Mazda was Germain Toyota, they just didn't have the car I was looking for. The only problem I had was discussing out the door pricing vs "listed price." I felt that whenever we were talking I continued to use out the door pricing while she used listed pricing and it confused some things at the end of the dealings which I felt were a little unfair. Overall I really enjoy the car and still got a great price on it, just not the one I felt we had originally agreed on. I would go back again for my next vehicle. More
