When I first went to this dealership, I was expecting to be met by an aggressive salesman who cared nothing about me. However, I was met right inside the door by Rusty Wilson. He answered all of my concerns and questions in a very helpful manner. Rusty also "debated" - for lack of a better word - with me regarding my preference towards one car manufacturer over another, helping me to explore other perfectly acceptable options. I would recommend this dealership to anyone needing a pre-owned vehicle. Ask for Rusty! More

This review is a little late, but as I approach my 5,000 mile service I felt it was a good time to give my feedback. I leased my 2014 Mazda 6 GT in November and the entire process from test drive to drive o mile service I felt it was a good time to give my feedback. I leased my 2014 Mazda 6 GT in November and the entire process from test drive to drive off was a breeze. Terry was very knowledgeable about the product and Sonny was to-the-point when going over the financials. More importantly, they were both honest, friendly and a real pleasure to work with. The same can be said for Paul, who was involved briefly toward the end of the process. I will recommend Germain and will definitely keep them at the top of my list when it comes time to buy again. Overall I had a great experience that took 9 months, visiting over 5 different times. Lew was friendly, remembered me, and courteous each time. He was not overbearing at any point and answered every q visiting over 5 different times. Lew was friendly, remembered me, and courteous each time. I considered 3 different models of Mazda (family and 2 dogs), and at the last time I went in (the purchase) he made a simple pro/con list that landed me on the Mazda 6. During the purchase he made suggestions to meet our price point, and we ended with an agreeable payment. The paperwork process was smooth and went quickly, even with a screaming baby! The delivery of the car was great as well and everything was clean inside and out. Lew went over all of the features one more time, set up my phone, and programmed the radio and navigation for me. I am a salesman by trade, and Lew exceeded all of my expectations and the dealership itself was clean, comfortable and the complementary drinks and snacks were nice amenities. I would recommend Germain and Lew in particular to any family member or friend. More

Germain Mazda definitely deserves overall rating of 5. Customer service was phenomenal. I knew what I wanted which was the CX-5 and Terry along with the financial guys made it happen. Given I was at the dealership for 7 hours it was quicker than when I went with my mom to purchase a Nissan back in 2012. I absolutely love the car! All the staff were extremely friendly. All my questions were answered. I got exactly what I wanted. Given also there were limited CX-5 on the lot I said if I could drive it off the lot the same day I would take the gray color that I test drived in. I didn't have to make an appointment to come back in to have the Navigation System put it, they did it the same day. Damon was super friendly and explained all the warranty packages that were available to me. Everyone was just as excited as I was that I was driving off the lot in a BRAND NEW MAZDA CX-5!!!! I even got my picture taken with my car. Could not be happier with the service and I think I will forever be a Mazda customer after this experience. Great job guys and thank you so much for my car!! More

I would recommend Germain Mazda to my friends and would not hesitat salesperson (Terry Johnson) and finance manager/general manager (Sonny Sosniak). I would recommend Germain Mazda to my friends and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I have bought 2 new vehicles prior to this purchase but this was the best experience by far. EXTREMELY rude man. We really just wanted estimates for car payments and he just assumed we were buying right there and then. He put a ton of pressure on us and when he got the idea that maybe we weren't r car payments and he just assumed we were buying right there and then. He put a ton of pressure on us and when he got the idea that maybe we weren't ready to buy TODAY he got nasty with us. We said the payments were a little high and that we would like to go home and figure out our finances before we rushed into a deal. He wanted to force us to sit and "talk about it", which basically means, "let me put more pressure on you." He ended by saying, "so basically, the only way you'd be interested is if the car were free." I've never heard something so rude and disrespectful in my life. We were genuinely interested in the Mazda6, but we were quoted a different monthly payment on their website. You shouldn't be obligated to buy a car just because you step through the doors and indicate interest. We stated upfront that we were still weighing options, but he must have ignored this since he stated, "Oh I just assumed you were buying today." You never "just assume" ANYTHING in the world of retail, and you don't treat your customers like crap if they don't bow to your will. We could barely get a word in edgewise and he didn't seem willing to let us speak privately with each other (myself and my spouse). It's almost like he felt invincible because the place has such high ratings. I know it's not common practice to act like this because we've dealt with salespeople who were vet easygoing and low-pressure. He came off as extremely aggressive. When we get our Mazda, we will be going to Byers. If you're gung-ho about going to Germain, we won't try to convince you otherwise, but we do urge you to at least choose a different salesperson should Lew Karbler approach you. More
