Even though my own insurance company said no, he still gave me the honest news. The car rides great and now I just need to find a location for a road trip. More

Kyle and Jim in the service dept are outstanding, they get what it means to provide excellent customer service! Today I was there to have a vehicle inspection as I'm thinking about selling my mazda3. Kyle was great to work with and I met the general manager Sonny. They both took the time to review the inspection report with me and to explain what my car is worth. If you're looking to buy an mazda or have your mazda serviced I highly recommend Germain Mazda. The provide outstanding, quality service that can't be beat! Thank you, Steve More

Just leased a 2014 Madza3 I went to Germain Mazda expecting to have a similarly negative experience as I did with my previous (non-Mazda) car purchase in 2008. However, Terry was friendly, and very knowledgeable about the Mazda3s on the lot. I explained what I was looking for, the different makes/models I was looking at, and what my price range was. I enjoyed working with him and I did not feel pressured, talked down to, or hounded; instead I felt very comfortable with him, and everyone else that I met at Mazda. I also met someone in upper management, whose name I do not remember, and he talked to me briefly about the car, as well as the other makes I was looking at, and that, in the end, I had to pick the car that felt best for me. No pressure, no hard sells, just conversation. My interaction with Damon was very similar: very friendly and personable. I was very impressed with Mazda, and am enjoying my Mazda3, and will happily refer friends and family to them in the future. More

I worked with Rusty the day before I came in, and he was very helpful. He even contacted me after hours to make sure I was satisfied. On the day of my purchase, Rusty had the vehicle I selected online ready to test drive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, as was Damon during the finance stage. My only nit-pick is the amount of time it took to complete the purchase. Overall, I was there for over 5 hours, much longer than I expected. The vehicle I purchased is in very high demand, so even though I didn't get very much off sticker, their price was competitve with quotes found online. More
Why would I recommend Germain Mazda? My wife and I went to the 2014 Columbus Auto show, there we saw every new vehicle on the market and fell in love with the Mazda 5. We decided to go to Germain Mazda bec to the 2014 Columbus Auto show, there we saw every new vehicle on the market and fell in love with the Mazda 5. We decided to go to Germain Mazda because the last vehicle we purchased was next door at Germain Nissan and the service we received there was exceptional, so why wouldn't Mazda be the same being in the same family. It was, we showed up Tuesday late morning and by 3pm we were able to walk out the door with exactly the vehicle we wanted. Chris Paul was our sales associate that helped us and he was very nice and knowledgeable to all the aspects of the Mazda 5, we definitely recommend him as the man to go to when looking at your next car. Then we got approved through Mazda's own finance to seal the deal, we tried our own insurance company but the results would take an additional 24 hours so we decided to go with Mazda. We signed all the paperwork and walked out the door happy. That night we received a call from our insurance company, we were approved for half the amount we were approved for through Mazda so we immediately called the personal cell phone number Chris gave us and he understood our predicament and told us he would speak with his GM in the morning and see if the finance paperwork we signed got sent off yet. The next morning we called the dealership and spoke with Sonny (GM) and he was able to find and stop the paperwork. We were ecstatic. We drove back and before noon (Wednesday) we had a new deal, signed , and out the door. Ended up saving a grand, a year off the old contract, and a better warranty. We were more then satisfied with the whole experience, Mazda's staff was great, very knowledgeable, extremely kind and when needed, understanding. My wife and I would highly recommend Germain Mazda, and for that fact, the entire Germain family. Signed, A very happy family More
When I first went to this dealership, I was expecting to be met by an aggressive salesman who cared nothing about me. However, I was met right inside the door by Rusty Wilson. Rusty also "debated" - for lack of a better word - with me regarding my preference towards one car manufacturer over another, helping me to explore other perfectly acceptable options. Before I began the car shopping process, I searched the internet for information on how to buy a car. I learned that dealerships will often offer great deals on the price of the car, only to find other way internet for information on how to buy a car. I learned that dealerships will often offer great deals on the price of the car, only to find other ways to inflate the cost and maximize their profits. With this in mind, I called many different dealerships. Some offered great deals, but with a time limit. Others offered deals on a trim that I did not want, but raised the price for the trim that I wanted. Still others offered a great deal on the new car, but simultaneously decreased the value of my trade-in. Then there were dealers who were difficult to reach or turfed me to their website, offering no assistance whatsoever. This is why I found Lew Karbler at Germain Mazda so refreshing. While all the other dealers were either tripping over themselves to get me into their dealership or ignoring me outright, Lew took the time to explain the car-buying process in terms I understood. He explained the rationale for the price he quoted me. He respectfully waited while I did my homework and called other dealers. He stuck to his word on the value of my trade-in. He was available to answer my questions. He stayed at work an hour past closing to accomodate me. Most importantly, he did not pressure me to purchase at his dealership or purchase at all. He simply waited patiently, occasionally calling to see if I was still interested. When, after the competitive bidding process, I had an idea how much I was willing to pay for my vehicle (a Mazda3 i Sport - love it!!), I *wanted* to give him my business because by then he had already earned my trust. He matched the price of the lowest competitor without hesitation. When he did not have the color that I wanted, he brought one in at no extra cost, and with minimal delay. His associates Tim Nilsen and Sonny Sosniak were also very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. The best part is that I will be seeing this group again as I will be bringing my vehicle in for routine servicing. I expect the same personalized helpful service as I had during the car-buying process. More
