When I went to Germain Mazda on Morse Rd. in Columbus, I expected top level service. Not only did the staff their meet my expectations, but they exceeded them. Elizabeth was extremely knowledgeable when it came to the cars, wasn't expecting that. Tim was very laid back and made sure I had all my questions answered and not once pressured me into a sale. Once a deal was agreed upon it only took 45 min. to get the paperwork completed and my new car and I on the road. Couldn't be happier. More

While I was out taking my test drive, Terry actually called my insurance company to see if I would get a premium deduction for the Blind Spot Monitoring System. Even though my own insurance company said no, he still gave me the honest news. The car rides great and now I just need to find a location for a road trip. More

Kyle and Jim in the service dept are outstanding, they get what it means to provide excellent customer service! Today I was there to have a vehicle inspection as I'm thinking about selling my mazda3. Kyle was great to work with and I met the general manager Sonny. They both took the time to review the inspection report with me and to explain what my car is worth.
