Great Overall Experience from Start to Finish I went to Germain Mazda looking to test drive a used Mazda 3 and 6. I didn't know any of the sales staff and Chris Paul was the first one to greet us. I went to Germain Mazda looking to test drive a used Mazda 3 and 6. I didn't know any of the sales staff and Chris Paul was the first one to greet us. He was very candid and immediately identified what I was looking for. After test driving the 3 and 6 I had a tough decision to make. I really liked the 6 (2010 model) and was torn between it and a different brand. Chris took the initiative and let me take the 6 home overnight. I was sold the next day driving it back to the dealership. The price we received was very fair and there was never any pressure put on me throughout the decision making process. Chris and Damon made the experience from start to finish excellent for me. I highly recommend this dealership! More
First Car on my own and First Lease - Amazing Experience I am a recent college grad and am currently working towards my Master's Degree. I live in a state where I have no family so communication with them is key especially when they are helping me make a big purchase such as a car. I am in debt (who isn't) due to college and don't have a lot of money laying around. However, it was time for a new car. I had never stepped foot in a dealership before and didn't know where to begin. I started looking up different cars and consumer reviews and went to Nissan and Acura before going into Mazda. For the sake of time, I will leave Acura out given that the car is a luxury vehicle, whereas Nissan and Mazda are more entry level vehicles. Walking into Nissan, I immediately felt that the salesman just wanted to make a profit. He truly didn't care which vehicle I was looking at as long as I was purchasing.... however, I didn't plan on purchasing and when he realized that, the costumer-salesman relationship quickly died. I wasn't happy with the way I was treated or how pushy the salesman was. I understand everyone has to make a living, but my car allows me to make mine.... so I planned to take my time in making a decision. After about a week of going no where and deciding against the Nissan, I remembered that there was a Mazda Dealership right next door to the Nissan dealership I had previously visited. My boyfriend and I were the first ones on the lot at Mazda and a gentleman came out, greeted us as if he wanted to help and enjoyed his job. Some may be thinking that he was so nice because it was the beginning of the day; however, I defend that his attitude and love for what he was doing never changed in all of the interactions I had with him during my car shopping experience and even afterwards. Anyways, we looked at a few different models, we went on a test drive, and then came the part where I had to explain my situation - my dad was just about to leave the country for a 6 month long business trip. Talking with him is limited but his help is needed in order for me to be able to buy/lease a car. Terry's demeanor never changed; his attitude towards me and my boyfriend stayed the same - he wanted to give us the information we needed in order for us to make a decision and was willing to be patient with me and my father. Simply because of his respect and kindness upon meeting us, I was willing to continue to work with him and then after how patient he was when I was explaining my specific situation, I knew I would purchase a car from him. We found the perfect car for me - Mazda 3 Touring! I love it!!! It gets great gas mileage and he even let me test drive that model (it wasn't the one I had previously test-drove) before making my decision. Upon making my decision, we started all of the paperwork and while doing that he introduced me to basically the entire staff at the dealership - the managers, the mechanics, and other salesmen. He calls often to check up on everything and is always quick in getting back with me if I have a question he must look into. I sincerely urge anyone who is looking for their first car, seventh car, or last car to go check out Germain Mazda and ask for Terry! He is truly an amazing person and is one of the only salesmen I have met that simply wants to make his customers happy and feel important. I was lucky enough to meet him and Germain Mazda is lucky to have him as their employee! More

He'll look you in the eye with no pretense, no games, and in no hurry to do more than listen to your needs. Terry is a dead ringer for actor Geoffrey Rush ( the speech therapist in the movie: The King's Speech). Like that character, expect a no-nonsense approach. Terry will give you the straight scoop, won't hide the cars' weaknesses, but knows his product. Not sure what model or color you want? Terry won't push you. Take your time and Terry will help you find your Mazda. So if you are looking for a guy who knows his cars, but also knows himself, ask for Terry, and he will help you find your voice. Me and my wife were promptly whisked away to the car that we wanted as soon as we stepped into the It was an absolute pleasure getting to know Terry! Me and my wife were promptly whisked away to the car that we wanted as soon as we stepped into the store without spending any time at the desk at all, and we were off on our test drive in less than 10 minutes after we stepped into the Germain lot. Terry was very knowledgeable about the Mazda 3 S Touring, and also about similar cars in general. It was fun having him in the back seat during the test drive as he charmed us with introductions to various features of the interior and drive experience, and he was very sensitive to our specific needs. After the test drive, he walked us through the pricing details, and helped us find a price point that fitted our budget. As we drove off the lot in our new car, we were happy to feel that not only did we buy the perfect car for us, but we also gained a new friend in Terry. I started at Ricart and was so offended by their offer and lack of customer service that I simply walked out of the showroom. We arrived at Germain shortly before closing, intending to just verify that they still had the car I was interested in because we knew it must be close to closing time. I was immediately greeted by Brittany, who walked me over to the exact car I was looking for. She and her co-workers stayed past closing to make sure they came up with a deal that was more than fair and sent me home with the car that very night. I cannot say enough about the quality of customer service I received and most definitely recommend Brittany and this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More

The difference between the 2012 and the 2014 is the difference between night and day. I feel supported and wanted as a customer. I never feel like I am being sold, rather consulted. My experience has been the team has my best interests at heart to stay in a Mazda and to remain satisfied with the brand and the dealership. I appreciate the hard work and dedication this dealership offers. I am a life long lover of cars, but I cannot separate myself from the Mazda driving experience, because nothing drives like a Mazda. The highest compliment I can posit is how Rusty handled my mis-understanding of the facts of what I thought I wanted and what I thought I agreed too. Rusty is very knowledgeable and knows the details of the Mazda3. He managed the differences in facts honestly and courageously. He then clarified the matter and affirmed his willingness to go whichever direction I chose to go. We all have differences of opinions, here is a classic example of how things are done can add up to the desired end. From the front door of the dealership to the drivers door when all was said and done, the buying experience was simply superb. In a few years I can see myself purchasing another car for my daughter, because I want to keep this one. lol. That decision doesn't rest on the brilliant engineering from Mazda, nor the technology baked into the product. The tipping point is not Mazda's Soul Red color that adorns the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6, rather its the relationship that we continue to build. The consistency of personnel and the joy I get in being a part of a fine group of people is priceless. Thank you More
