We worked with 4 employees when purchasing our new Mazda CX5 , General Manager Sonny Sosniak, Sales Manager Tim Nilsen, Finance Manager Damon Shorterage and Sales Consultant Rusty Wilson aka "the Car Doctor. During our first visit we met Rusty Wilson and Tim Nilsen. Both were friendly and informative and we felt no pressure. As a matter of fact Rusty used Consumer Reports.org to show me the attributes of the Mazda CX5 compared to other CUV' in the same class. A tool I later used to negotiate with several dealers and in fact I believe it helped me to reach a very satisfactory deal with this dealer. My second visit was several weeks later. Something that sets this dealer apart from many others (we visited 20+ dealers in 3 weeks) was that they let you take the vehicle by your self and encouraged me to take as long as I wanted to test it. I took it on a 30 mile trip and was able to test many of the features that make this a high rated vehicle. Rusty was involved in the process from start to finish. We finally parted ways at 11:15 PM he did a very good job of explaining the ins and outs of the car and his openness and low pressure demeanor helped greatly throughout the process. Sonny spent about 45 minutes with me while Rusty was wrapping up another sale we talked about a myriad of different subjects including that he had served in the Air Force(Thanks for your service Sonny!) . He was so down to earth it was 2/3 of the way thru the conversation before I realized he was the General Manager. I conveyed to him I was leaning towards a competitor's vehicle and told him the plus and minus for both vehicles. Damon handled the finance and explanation of warranty portion of the sale. he did a very good job even though it was late at night. I was really impressed with the interactive touch screen display on his desk. If you ever go in there check it out! I ultimately decided to purchase this vehicle for several reasons; 1. I got a great deal-0% financing, a great price and a very fair price for my trade in. 2. The environment was relaxed and friendly at all times with no pressure. 3. The Dealers for the competing vehicle indicated they didn't have to deal because their product was in short supply. 3. Rusty's diligent efforts throughout the sale process he was really great at thoroughly guiding us thru the process of explaining how to operate the MANY features of this vehicle at 11 PM at night. 4. Finally Sonny really closed the deal he told me most deals are closed without him getting involved. He said what would happen if the deal made it to him and when it got to him he came was upfront and honest but made a fair offer that I accepted. Sonny mentioned that the dealership has several Customer appreciation days per year something many dealers don' do. We look forward to participating. Great dealership nice experience. More

After test driving the Mazda cx-5, we did not feel pressured into making a decision to purchase either car. We left without purchasing a car because we wanted to be sure in our decision making. We returned a month later to purchase the cx-5. Rusty was phenomenal, patient and very kind. I am enjoying my Mazda cx-5. He was the answer to our prayers. More

He understood what we were looking for by actively listening to what we wanted, and then made a straight forward recommendation that was in line with our goals. Rusty made the process painless and fun. Damon was able to provide the final assist by making sure we understood the terms and conditions. He took a difficult topic and kept it short and simple. The whole team provided an all star experience! More

From the moment I contacted Germain Mazda and was connected with Terry I worked with Terry on my ultimate purchase of a 2014 Mazda3 S Touring 5-door. From the moment I contacted Germain Mazda and was connected with Terry, it has been a wonderful experience. I initially emailed the dealership on a Sunday evening, and Terry even responded that night to let me know he had received my request and would work on it first thing the next morning. Throughout the next day, Terry was incredibly attentive as we negotiated the sale of the car via email. Upon arrival at the dealership, Terry was fantastic. He had the particular vehicle I was looking to purchase ready for me to test drive. And as we walked through each step of the purchasing process. Terry thoughtfully explained everything and made sure to answer any questions I had. Overall, everyone I've worked with at Germain (including Damon, the finance guy) has been great. They made the stressful event of buying a car a fun experience! More

It was a joy buying a new car (Mazda CX-5) and having that gut feeling that I was working with honorable people. That is something that is usually unheard of when buying a car, but with Germain and Chris Paul that is exactly what I got. I highly recommend Chris and I highly recommend Germain Mazda!! More

After searching online and at other dealerships we could not find anything that compared to the customer service and vehicle quality as Germain. We returned and bought the Mazda. Thank you Rusty! I showed up at the dealership and Terry welcomed me the second I walked in the door. I told him what I wanted and he was more then willing to help. We went outside and looked at some of the models and he explained the differences between the models and the difference in price. After telling him which I liked, we went for a test drive and he was fun in the car. He made sure I saw the awesome features of the car and explained a lot about it. After we got back, we went inside and did the paperwork for the car. While I was waiting in between signing documents, he took me around to introduce me to people (Sonny the Manager and Damon in Finance - both of which were awesome to talk to). I would later meet while bringing my car in for service and car washes. We swapped many stories of things we have experienced in our past and I never felt like I was bothering him or I was boring him. He seemed genuinely interested in everything I said. I have only owned the car for a few days now and he has already called to make sure I was happy with the purchase and if I had any questions or problems. If you are looking for a Mazda, I would highly recommend you going and talking to Terry. More

I had planned to shop the Morse Road "mile" to see what each dealer had to offer. Germain Mazda was my first, and as it turned out, my only stop along that strip. After we had looked at a couple of the vehicles on the lot, Chris Paul came out to greet us. Very friendly and asked good questions about what I was looking for. He showed me the features of the Mazda 5...so many features I didn't know about from my online browsing. The selling feature for me was the sliding back doors. They will be so much easier for my passengers to enter and exit the vehicle. Chris answered all my questions and made the purchase a very pleasurable experience. I look forward to working with him again when I'm in the market for my next new car. I do wish it had an auto lift gate. Damon was very nice and walked me through the paper part of the process. He made this sometimes tortuous process a breeze. More
