Semi fast, very friendly Overall it was a good experience. My salesman Bo Stranzin was awesome. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Though I went there thinking I would be out in an hour or so, the 4 hour process was rather tiring. If there was anything to improve on I would vote for the fluidity of the transaction. I didn't expect to buy a car that day . . . . . . but after driving the CX-5 and having all aspects of the vehicle covered by my salesman - Bo Stranzin - I had to do it!
