For some people it might border on being pushy and I did spend several hours at the dealership when I simply wanted a quote. However in the end I am glad I made the decision to buy from them as they really do want to take care of you as a customer and make sure you have everything you need throughout the process. They were willing to match a quote that I received at another dealer and along with their free servicing at specific milestones it made the choice easy.
